Jedna od većih nevolja koja može snaći vlasnike plovila i posadu na điti, a potom im temeljito pokvariti planove za opuštanje i bezbrižnu plovidbu od vale do vale, jest havarija propelera.

Udarac u neki veći poluplutajući predmet ili, još gore, u siku skrivenu u pličini, može teško deformirati propeler, ponekad dovesti i do loma dijela ili cijeloga krila, te uglavnom onemogućiti daljnju plovidbu.

Što se uopće može učiniti u takvoj situaciji?

Pomoć tehnologije

- Čak i teško oštećeni propeler moguće je popraviti, a u konačnici učiniti još i boljim nego što je bio prije havarije, no riječ je o stručnom poslu koji zahtjeva znanje, iskustvo i suvremenu tehnologiju. Nama su takvi popravci svakodnevni posao, jer sve to imamo, a mogu reći i da su ljudi koji propelere donesu ili dostave na popravak redom zadovoljni konačnim rezultatom. Najčešće ne mogu vjerovati da im se poslana deformirana ili slomljena propela vrati gotovo u tvorničkom izdanju - na postavljeno pitanje odgovaraju nam u tvrtki Adriatic Propeleri.

Navode kako red koraka u popravci propelera ide od grubljih radova prema finijim, a na koncu se propeler i optimizira za konkretan brod i motor uz pomoć uređaja Prop Scan, pa po konačnim svojstvima bude doslovno idealan za to plovilo. To uglavnom znači potpuno uklanjanje vibracija i manju potrošnju goriva.

Potom slijedi finija obrada i dorađivanje forme, zatim grubo, pa sve finije brušenje. Slijedi optimizacija propelera pomoću Prop Scan uređaja, gdje se izjednačuje površina krila, odnosno hidrodinamika propelera.

Nakon toga slijedi balansiranje propelera kojim se izjednačava težina krila. Na koncu se propeler polira ili po zahtjevu premazuje posebnim antivegetativnim premazom.

Za optimizaciju je od vlasnika plovila potrebno dobiti što više podataka o trupu broda (dužina, širina, forma, težina...) i motoru, kako bi se propeler maksimalno prilagodio brodu.

Popravi i vrati

- U mogućnosti smo popraviti sve vrste propelera, bilo da su od bronce, inoksa ili aluminija, s tim da se u slučaju hitnosti to može odraditi u jednome danu, a prosječno dva do tri. Uglavnom, ako nam se propeler dostavi ili donese, mi ćemo ga popraviti i što brže vratiti naručitelju – objašnjavaju u zadarskoj tvrtki.

Cijena ovakvih popravaka najviše ovisi o razini havarije i zahtjevnosti postupka. No, neka prosječna cijena popravka brončanog propelera za motor do 40 KS s deformiranim krilom može kretati od 700 kuna, pa naviše, s tim da će popravljeni propeler biti i optimiziran.

Sve u svemu, nije loše znati da se nevolja zvana havarija propelera može riješiti popravkom, i da ekipa koja se zaputila na đitu, nakon dvodnevne pauze, može nastaviti svoju plovidbu od vale do vale.

Naravno, ako se ovakva nevolja dogodi tijekom godine kada dani nisu tako vrijedni kao oni otkinuti od dugo čekanog godišnjeg odmora, cijela priča je još lakša. Tada je jedina dvojba kupiti novi propeler ili popraviti stari i ujedno ga optimizirati.

Jedna od većih nevolja koja može snaći vlasnike plovila i posadu na điti, a potom im temeljito pokvariti planove za opuštanje i bezbrižnu plovidbu od vale do vale, jest havarija propelera.

Udarac u neki veći poluplutajući predmet ili, još gore, u siku skrivenu u pličini, može teško deformirati propeler, ponekad dovesti i do loma dijela ili cijeloga krila, te uglavnom onemogućiti daljnju plovidbu.

Što se uopće može učiniti u takvoj situaciji?

Ponekad se moguće pomoćnim motorom dovući do najbliže uvale i, ako u posadi ima vještijih, zaroniti i demontirati oštećeni propeler. Druga je opcija stići do najbliže servisne dizalice i napraviti to isto uz pomoć nekoga meštra. No, pronaći odgovarajući zamjenski propeler nije nimalo lako, a bogme ni jeftino.

Pomoć tehnologije

- Čak i teško oštećeni propeler moguće je popraviti, a u konačnici učiniti još i boljim nego što je bio prije havarije, no riječ je o stručnom poslu koji zahtjeva znanje, iskustvo i suvremenu tehnologiju. Nama su takvi popravci svakodnevni posao, jer sve to imamo, a mogu reći i da su ljudi koji propelere donesu ili dostave na popravak redom zadovoljni konačnim rezultatom. Najčešće ne mogu vjerovati da im se poslana deformirana ili slomljena propela vrati gotovo u tvorničkom izdanju - na postavljeno pitanje odgovaraju nam u tvrtki Adriatic Propeleri.

Navode kako red koraka u popravci propelera ide od grubljih radova prema finijim, a na koncu se propeler i optimizira za konkretan brod i motor uz pomoć uređaja Prop Scan, pa po konačnim svojstvima bude doslovno idealan za to plovilo. To uglavnom znači potpuno uklanjanje vibracija i manju potrošnju goriva.

Dakle, prvo se propeler mehanički ispravlja ako su mu krila deformirana, bez grijanja kako se nebi mijenjala struktura materijala, uglavnom teškim čekićima. Ako pak postoje odlomljeni komadi, oni se zavaruju ili se zavarivanjem nadoknađuju odlomljeni dijelovi.

Potom slijedi finija obrada i dorađivanje forme, zatim grubo, pa sve finije brušenje. Slijedi optimizacija propelera pomoću Prop Scan uređaja, gdje se izjednačuje površina krila, odnosno hidrodinamika propelera.

Nakon toga slijedi balansiranje propelera kojim se izjednačava težina krila. Na koncu se propeler polira ili po zahtjevu premazuje posebnim antivegetativnim premazom.

Za optimizaciju je od vlasnika plovila potrebno dobiti što više podataka o trupu broda (dužina, širina, forma, težina...) i motoru, kako bi se propeler maksimalno prilagodio brodu.

Popravi i vrati

- U mogućnosti smo popraviti sve vrste propelera, bilo da su od bronce, inoksa ili aluminija, s tim da se u slučaju hitnosti to može odraditi u jednome danu, a prosječno dva do tri. Uglavnom, ako nam se propeler dostavi ili donese, mi ćemo ga popraviti i što brže vratiti naručitelju – objašnjavaju u zadarskoj tvrtki.

Cijena ovakvih popravaka najviše ovisi o razini havarije i zahtjevnosti postupka. No, neka prosječna cijena popravka brončanog propelera za motor do 40 KS s deformiranim krilom može kretati od 700 kuna, pa naviše, s tim da će popravljeni propeler biti i optimiziran.

Sve u svemu, nije loše znati da se nevolja zvana havarija propelera može riješiti popravkom, i da ekipa koja se zaputila na đitu, nakon dvodnevne pauze, može nastaviti svoju plovidbu od vale do vale.

Naravno, ako se ovakva nevolja dogodi tijekom godine kada dani nisu tako vrijedni kao oni otkinuti od dugo čekanog godišnjeg odmora, cijela priča je još lakša. Tada je jedina dvojba kupiti novi propeler ili popraviti stari i ujedno ga optimizirati.
