Ribama najbogatija dna su ona koja njima i ostalim organizmima pruža najviše mogućnosti za preživljavanje, ishranu i skrivanje. Uz podmorske livade, to su škrapasta, kamena dna s puno rupa i procjepa. Nažalost, u ribolovu na takvim terenima su osim dobrih ulova česti i zadjevi, zapinjanja pribora, uglavnom olovnicom.

Kako bi ih izbjegli ili barem ublažili štetu, udičari na takvim terenima love posebno prilagođenim završnjacima. Oni su najčešće tako konstruirani i izrađeni da se u slučaju zadjeva žrtvuje olovnica, a spašava ostatak pribora.

Takvi završnjaci mogu se izraditi na brojne načine, a svi su se oni donedavno zasnivali na kidanju tankih predveza koji nose olovnice.

No, puno bolje rješenje toga problema je spravica poznata pod imenom Safety Rig. Izrađena je tako da smanjuje mogućnost zapinjanja olovnice, a ako ipak do njega dođe, prekine svoju vezu s njom i tako spasi ostatak pribora i eventualni ulov.

Safety Rig, ili u prijevodu sigurnosna montaža, pravi se od mekane plastike u više varijanti, ali sve imaju kukice za držanje olovnice. Najčešće tu kukicu zatvorenom drži cjevčica.

Pod većim opterećenjem kukica se izvlači iz cjevčice ili je kida, te tako oslobađa olovnicu. Poslije izvlačenja ostatka pribora, nova olovnica jednostavno se i brzo zakači na kukicu, a ona se zatvara rezervnom cjevčicom.

Operacija postavljanja nove olovnice vrlo kratko traje, za razliku od zamjene puknutog priveza na klasičnom rješenju. I montaža Safety Clipa, kako još nazivaju ovu spravicu, vrlo je jednostavna.

Ribama najbogatija dna su ona koja njima i ostalim organizmima pruža najviše mogućnosti za preživljavanje, ishranu i skrivanje. Uz podmorske livade, to su škrapasta, kamena dna s puno rupa i procjepa. Nažalost, u ribolovu na takvim terenima su osim dobrih ulova česti i zadjevi, zapinjanja pribora, uglavnom olovnicom.

Kako bi ih izbjegli ili barem ublažili štetu, udičari na takvim terenima love posebno prilagođenim završnjacima. Oni su najčešće tako konstruirani i izrađeni da se u slučaju zadjeva žrtvuje olovnica, a spašava ostatak pribora.

Takvi završnjaci mogu se izraditi na brojne načine, a svi su se oni donedavno zasnivali na kidanju tankih predveza koji nose olovnice.

No, puno bolje rješenje toga problema je spravica poznata pod imenom Safety Rig. Izrađena je tako da smanjuje mogućnost zapinjanja olovnice, a ako ipak do njega dođe, prekine svoju vezu s njom i tako spasi ostatak pribora i eventualni ulov.

Safety Rig, ili u prijevodu sigurnosna montaža, pravi se od mekane plastike u više varijanti, ali sve imaju kukice za držanje olovnice. Najčešće tu kukicu zatvorenom drži cjevčica.

Pod većim opterećenjem kukica se izvlači iz cjevčice ili je kida, te tako oslobađa olovnicu. Poslije izvlačenja ostatka pribora, nova olovnica jednostavno se i brzo zakači na kukicu, a ona se zatvara rezervnom cjevčicom.

Operacija postavljanja nove olovnice vrlo kratko traje, za razliku od zamjene puknutog priveza na klasičnom rješenju. I montaža Safety Clipa, kako još nazivaju ovu spravicu, vrlo je jednostavna.
