Ministarstvo graditeljstva, prostornog uređenja i državne imovine izdalo je Gradu Pločama lokacijsku dozvolu za izgradnju luke nautičkog turizma državnog značaja, čime je ostvaren prvi formalni preduvjet za realizaciju ovog kapitalnog projekta.

Postupak je Grad započeo još 2018. godine kada je ishodio ovlaštenje za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole. Uslijedila je izrada idejnog rješenja (2019.), izmjene prostornog plana (2020.), izrada maritimne studije i studije o utjecaju na okoliš (2021.) te izrada idejnog projekta od strane Građevinskog fakulteta u Zagrebu (2023.).

Ono što slijedi je ucrtavanje granice lučkog područja, za što prijedlog izrađuje Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija, a rješenje donosi Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture. Objava natječaja za davanje koncesije je planirana za ljeto 2024. godine nakon čega će biti odabran najpovoljniji ponuditelj (koncesionar).

„Gotovo šest godina trajale su procedure što je ponekad bilo jako frustrirajuće, ali evo konačno je dugogodišnji tihi rad dobio rezultat. Sada možemo reći da je započet projekt desetljeća u Pločama“, rekao je gradonačelnik Mišo Krstičević te dodao:

„Nautička luka će dati „mediteranski“ štih našem gradu koji je prečesto gledan samo kroz prizmu postojeće luke. Promijenit će vizuru grada, otvoriti nova radna mjesta i privući kvalitetne goste te označiti novu eru pločanskog i neretvanskog turizma općenito. Bit će to i prekretnica za poslovno okruženje grada Ploča, privlačeći pritom i dodatan interes investitora za djelatnosti koje su vezane uz posao nautičkog turizma. Projekt podrazumijeva i izgradnju nove plaže u Baćini koja će se urediti umjesto postojeće na obuhvatu nove marine. Dokumentacija je već spremna i nova gradska plaža bit će dovršena i prije nove luke“, najavio je gradonačelnik.

Ministarstvo graditeljstva, prostornog uređenja i državne imovine izdalo je Gradu Pločama lokacijsku dozvolu za izgradnju luke nautičkog turizma državnog značaja, čime je ostvaren prvi formalni preduvjet za realizaciju ovog kapitalnog projekta.

Postupak je Grad započeo još 2018. godine kada je ishodio ovlaštenje za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole. Uslijedila je izrada idejnog rješenja (2019.), izmjene prostornog plana (2020.), izrada maritimne studije i studije o utjecaju na okoliš (2021.) te izrada idejnog projekta od strane Građevinskog fakulteta u Zagrebu (2023.).

Ono što slijedi je ucrtavanje granice lučkog područja, za što prijedlog izrađuje Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija, a rješenje donosi Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture. Objava natječaja za davanje koncesije je planirana za ljeto 2024. godine nakon čega će biti odabran najpovoljniji ponuditelj (koncesionar).

„Gotovo šest godina trajale su procedure što je ponekad bilo jako frustrirajuće, ali evo konačno je dugogodišnji tihi rad dobio rezultat. Sada možemo reći da je započet projekt desetljeća u Pločama“, rekao je gradonačelnik Mišo Krstičević te dodao:

„Nautička luka će dati „mediteranski“ štih našem gradu koji je prečesto gledan samo kroz prizmu postojeće luke. Promijenit će vizuru grada, otvoriti nova radna mjesta i privući kvalitetne goste te označiti novu eru pločanskog i neretvanskog turizma općenito. Bit će to i prekretnica za poslovno okruženje grada Ploča, privlačeći pritom i dodatan interes investitora za djelatnosti koje su vezane uz posao nautičkog turizma. Projekt podrazumijeva i izgradnju nove plaže u Baćini koja će se urediti umjesto postojeće na obuhvatu nove marine. Dokumentacija je već spremna i nova gradska plaža bit će dovršena i prije nove luke“, najavio je gradonačelnik.
