Ništa od spajanja kompanija Euronav i Frontline čime je trebala nastati najveća tankerska kompanija za prijevoz sirove nafte na svijetu, očekivane tržišne vrednosti od više od 4 milijarde dolara, prenosi pomorac.hr.

Frontline je objavio da je raskinuo ugovor o spajanju tvrtki Frontline i Euronav jer se spajanju protivio najveći dioničar Euronava, Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) pod kontrolom belgijske brodarske obitelji Saverys.

Obitelj Saverys imala je drugačiju viziju za Euronav te želi da se kompanija usmjeri na rad s alternativnim izvorima energije.

"Vjerujemo da postoji bolja strategija za Euronav. Ta strategija trebala bi se temeljiti na diversifikaciji flote Euronava i preuzimanju vodeće uloge u dekarbonizaciji pomorske industrije", napisao je Alexander Saverys, izvršni direktor CMB-a, u pismu upućenom upravnom odboru Euronava u prosincu. "U usporedbi sa spajanjem s Frontlineom, vjerujemo da će ova strategija generirati značajno veću dugoročnu vrijednost za sve dioničare i zaposlenike Euronava, i pripremiti tvrtku za budućnost."

Dionice Frontlinea su nakon ove vijesti porasle više od 14%, dok su dionice Euronava pale više od 18%.

Ništa od spajanja kompanija Euronav i Frontline čime je trebala nastati najveća tankerska kompanija za prijevoz sirove nafte na svijetu, očekivane tržišne vrednosti od više od 4 milijarde dolara, prenosi pomorac.hr.

Frontline je objavio da je raskinuo ugovor o spajanju tvrtki Frontline i Euronav jer se spajanju protivio najveći dioničar Euronava, Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) pod kontrolom belgijske brodarske obitelji Saverys.

Obitelj Saverys imala je drugačiju viziju za Euronav te želi da se kompanija usmjeri na rad s alternativnim izvorima energije.

"Vjerujemo da postoji bolja strategija za Euronav. Ta strategija trebala bi se temeljiti na diversifikaciji flote Euronava i preuzimanju vodeće uloge u dekarbonizaciji pomorske industrije", napisao je Alexander Saverys, izvršni direktor CMB-a, u pismu upućenom upravnom odboru Euronava u prosincu. "U usporedbi sa spajanjem s Frontlineom, vjerujemo da će ova strategija generirati značajno veću dugoročnu vrijednost za sve dioničare i zaposlenike Euronava, i pripremiti tvrtku za budućnost."

Dionice Frontlinea su nakon ove vijesti porasle više od 14%, dok su dionice Euronava pale više od 18%.

Ništa od spajanja kompanija Euronav i Frontline čime je trebala nastati najveća tankerska kompanija za prijevoz sirove nafte na svijetu, očekivane tržišne vrednosti od više od 4 milijarde dolara, prenosi pomorac.hr.

Frontline je objavio da je raskinuo ugovor o spajanju tvrtki Frontline i Euronav jer se spajanju protivio najveći dioničar Euronava, Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) pod kontrolom belgijske brodarske obitelji Saverys.

Obitelj Saverys imala je drugačiju viziju za Euronav te želi da se kompanija usmjeri na rad s alternativnim izvorima energije.

"Vjerujemo da postoji bolja strategija za Euronav. Ta strategija trebala bi se temeljiti na diversifikaciji flote Euronava i preuzimanju vodeće uloge u dekarbonizaciji pomorske industrije", napisao je Alexander Saverys, izvršni direktor CMB-a, u pismu upućenom upravnom odboru Euronava u prosincu. "U usporedbi sa spajanjem s Frontlineom, vjerujemo da će ova strategija generirati značajno veću dugoročnu vrijednost za sve dioničare i zaposlenike Euronava, i pripremiti tvrtku za budućnost."

Dionice Frontlinea su nakon ove vijesti porasle više od 14%, dok su dionice Euronava pale više od 18%.
