Grad Crikvenica ne odustaje od nove luke nautičkog turizma pa se spremaju izmjene prostornog plana, piše Novi list.

Iz Grada im odgovaraju kako se izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije priprema tako da se lokacija luke nautičkog turizma – marine, ne ukida u planu.

– Od nje se nije odustalo, mijenja se i korigira samo njezina granica u jednom manjem dijelu (obuhvat), i to na način da se ne remeti izrada dokumentacije i funkcioniranje planirane marine. Dijelovi benzinske crpke koji su sada planski u obuhvatu marine, bit će izuzeti iz istoga, a radi se o površini od oko 80 četvornih metara. Kroz izmjene prostornog plana granica će biti pomaknuta da se omogući raspis koncesije za benzinsku crpku, pojašnjavaju iz Grada.

Naime, Vlada RH je u lipnju 2018. godine raspisala natječaj za davanje koncesije za izgradnju marine, koja je planirana prostornim planom Grada Crikvenice i urbanističkim planom uređenja Crikvenica-centar kao luka kapaciteta 200 vezova, za brodove dužine prosječno 12 metara. Grad Crikvenica izradio je za potrebe ovoga projekata Studiju utjecaja na okoliš i investicijsku studiju te ishodio građevinsku dozvolu i specifikaciju čestica na pomorskom dobru. Određene su granice pomorskog dobra, kao i granice luke posebne namjene, a elaborat utvrđenog lučkog područja predan je u katastar na provedbu.

Međutim, Vlada je u veljači 2019. godine poništila Odluku o davanju koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke posebne namjene – luke nautičkog turizma Crikvenica, i to zato što nije zaprimljena niti jedna ponuda za dodjelu koncesije na predmetnom području pomorskog dobra. Sukladno Uredbi o razvrstaju luka otvorenih za javni promet i luka posebne namjene, ova luka u Crikvenici svrstana je u kategoriju od posebnog značaja za Republiku Hrvatsku – stoga je za cijelu ovu priču i bila nadležna Vlada Republike Hrvatske.

Prema tadašnjim uvjetima, koncesija bi se izdala na rok od 30 godina, obuhvaćala bi površinu od nekih 96.868 metara četvornih, a njezina vrijednost tada je procijenjena na 334,9 milijuna kuna. Početni iznos stalnog dijela naknade koncesije trebao je iznositi dvije kune po metru četvornom zauzetog pomorskog dobra, a početni iznos promjenjivog dijela dva posto prihoda ostvarenog na koncesioniranom području.

U novom marini planirani su sadržaji: marina s maksimalno 200 vezova kategorije 5 sidara, koja će obuhvatiti 36.400 četvornih metara akvatorija, većina vezova planirana za plovila dužine 10 do 15 metara, iako će postojati i određeni broj za brodice dužine do 20 metara, dio marine će biti i dva lukobrana, poslovni prostori uz marinu koji će uključivati recepciju, café i snack bar, dućane i sanitarne čvorove na 585 četvornih metara bruto razvijene površine, parking za 340 automobila te servisno područje.

Grad Crikvenica ne odustaje od nove luke nautičkog turizma pa se spremaju izmjene prostornog plana, piše Novi list.

Iz Grada im odgovaraju kako se izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije priprema tako da se lokacija luke nautičkog turizma – marine, ne ukida u planu.

– Od nje se nije odustalo, mijenja se i korigira samo njezina granica u jednom manjem dijelu (obuhvat), i to na način da se ne remeti izrada dokumentacije i funkcioniranje planirane marine. Dijelovi benzinske crpke koji su sada planski u obuhvatu marine, bit će izuzeti iz istoga, a radi se o površini od oko 80 četvornih metara. Kroz izmjene prostornog plana granica će biti pomaknuta da se omogući raspis koncesije za benzinsku crpku, pojašnjavaju iz Grada.

Naime, Vlada RH je u lipnju 2018. godine raspisala natječaj za davanje koncesije za izgradnju marine, koja je planirana prostornim planom Grada Crikvenice i urbanističkim planom uređenja Crikvenica-centar kao luka kapaciteta 200 vezova, za brodove dužine prosječno 12 metara. Grad Crikvenica izradio je za potrebe ovoga projekata Studiju utjecaja na okoliš i investicijsku studiju te ishodio građevinsku dozvolu i specifikaciju čestica na pomorskom dobru. Određene su granice pomorskog dobra, kao i granice luke posebne namjene, a elaborat utvrđenog lučkog područja predan je u katastar na provedbu.

Međutim, Vlada je u veljači 2019. godine poništila Odluku o davanju koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke posebne namjene – luke nautičkog turizma Crikvenica, i to zato što nije zaprimljena niti jedna ponuda za dodjelu koncesije na predmetnom području pomorskog dobra. Sukladno Uredbi o razvrstaju luka otvorenih za javni promet i luka posebne namjene, ova luka u Crikvenici svrstana je u kategoriju od posebnog značaja za Republiku Hrvatsku – stoga je za cijelu ovu priču i bila nadležna Vlada Republike Hrvatske.

Prema tadašnjim uvjetima, koncesija bi se izdala na rok od 30 godina, obuhvaćala bi površinu od nekih 96.868 metara četvornih, a njezina vrijednost tada je procijenjena na 334,9 milijuna kuna. Početni iznos stalnog dijela naknade koncesije trebao je iznositi dvije kune po metru četvornom zauzetog pomorskog dobra, a početni iznos promjenjivog dijela dva posto prihoda ostvarenog na koncesioniranom području.

U novom marini planirani su sadržaji: marina s maksimalno 200 vezova kategorije 5 sidara, koja će obuhvatiti 36.400 četvornih metara akvatorija, većina vezova planirana za plovila dužine 10 do 15 metara, iako će postojati i određeni broj za brodice dužine do 20 metara, dio marine će biti i dva lukobrana, poslovni prostori uz marinu koji će uključivati recepciju, café i snack bar, dućane i sanitarne čvorove na 585 četvornih metara bruto razvijene površine, parking za 340 automobila te servisno područje.

Grad Crikvenica ne odustaje od nove luke nautičkog turizma pa se spremaju izmjene prostornog plana, piše Novi list.

Iz Grada im odgovaraju kako se izmjena prostornoplanske dokumentacije priprema tako da se lokacija luke nautičkog turizma – marine, ne ukida u planu.

– Od nje se nije odustalo, mijenja se i korigira samo njezina granica u jednom manjem dijelu (obuhvat), i to na način da se ne remeti izrada dokumentacije i funkcioniranje planirane marine. Dijelovi benzinske crpke koji su sada planski u obuhvatu marine, bit će izuzeti iz istoga, a radi se o površini od oko 80 četvornih metara. Kroz izmjene prostornog plana granica će biti pomaknuta da se omogući raspis koncesije za benzinsku crpku, pojašnjavaju iz Grada.

Naime, Vlada RH je u lipnju 2018. godine raspisala natječaj za davanje koncesije za izgradnju marine, koja je planirana prostornim planom Grada Crikvenice i urbanističkim planom uređenja Crikvenica-centar kao luka kapaciteta 200 vezova, za brodove dužine prosječno 12 metara. Grad Crikvenica izradio je za potrebe ovoga projekata Studiju utjecaja na okoliš i investicijsku studiju te ishodio građevinsku dozvolu i specifikaciju čestica na pomorskom dobru. Određene su granice pomorskog dobra, kao i granice luke posebne namjene, a elaborat utvrđenog lučkog područja predan je u katastar na provedbu.

Međutim, Vlada je u veljači 2019. godine poništila Odluku o davanju koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu izgradnje i gospodarskog korištenja luke posebne namjene – luke nautičkog turizma Crikvenica, i to zato što nije zaprimljena niti jedna ponuda za dodjelu koncesije na predmetnom području pomorskog dobra. Sukladno Uredbi o razvrstaju luka otvorenih za javni promet i luka posebne namjene, ova luka u Crikvenici svrstana je u kategoriju od posebnog značaja za Republiku Hrvatsku – stoga je za cijelu ovu priču i bila nadležna Vlada Republike Hrvatske.

Prema tadašnjim uvjetima, koncesija bi se izdala na rok od 30 godina, obuhvaćala bi površinu od nekih 96.868 metara četvornih, a njezina vrijednost tada je procijenjena na 334,9 milijuna kuna. Početni iznos stalnog dijela naknade koncesije trebao je iznositi dvije kune po metru četvornom zauzetog pomorskog dobra, a početni iznos promjenjivog dijela dva posto prihoda ostvarenog na koncesioniranom području.

U novom marini planirani su sadržaji: marina s maksimalno 200 vezova kategorije 5 sidara, koja će obuhvatiti 36.400 četvornih metara akvatorija, većina vezova planirana za plovila dužine 10 do 15 metara, iako će postojati i određeni broj za brodice dužine do 20 metara, dio marine će biti i dva lukobrana, poslovni prostori uz marinu koji će uključivati recepciju, café i snack bar, dućane i sanitarne čvorove na 585 četvornih metara bruto razvijene površine, parking za 340 automobila te servisno područje.
