Brodarska kompanija Maersk nastavlja i dalje preusmjeravati svoje brodove oko Rta dobre nade zbog eskalacije napada hutista u Crvenom moru. Izdali su obavijest za svoje klijente u kojoj su detaljno opisali izazove s kojima se suočavaju i mjere koje provode kako bi ublažili učinke kašnjenja i prekida isporuke, prenosi pomorac.hr.

Maersk je rekao da se situacija u Crvenom moru posljednjih mjeseci sve više zakomplicirala, što je kompaniju natjeralo da promijeni rutu kako bi osigurala sigurnost svoje posade, plovila i tereta. Kako se zona rizika širi i napadi sežu dalje od obale, brodovi su prisiljeni ići dužim rutama, što rezultira duljim vremenom plovidbe i većim troškovima.

Maersk je rekao da je neočekivani razvoj uzrokovao gomilanje brodova, kašnjenja i manjak opreme i kapaciteta. Maersk procjenjuje gubitak kapaciteta u cijeloj industriji od 15-20 % na tržištu Dalekog istoka do sjeverne Europe i Mediterana za drugi kvartal. Kako bi povećala pouzdanost, tvrtka povećava brzine plovidbe i dodaje kapacitet. Maersk je također iznajmio više od 125.000 dodatnih kontejnera kako bi zadovoljio zahtjeve kupaca.

Iako su spot stope porasle i ostale znatno više nego prije godinu dana, porasli su i troškovi. Zbog dužih putovanja, povećane brzine plovidbe i dodatnih troškova goriva rezultirali su dodatnim naknadama koje su prebačene na brodare. Na primjer, Maersk je rekao da je potrošnja goriva po putovanju porasla za 40 %, a cijene najma su tri puta veće, često fiksne na pet godina.

"Iako smo nedavno smanjili doplatu za vrhunsku sezonu (PSS), ona je ponovno povećana kako bismo pokrili dodatne troškove… Nastavit ćemo redovito pregledavati doplate i obavijestit ćemo vas o svim promjenama", rekao je Maersk.

Prošli tjedan Maersk je povisio donju granicu svojih financijskih smjernica za 2024. nakon snažnog početka godine, velikim dijelom zbog preusmjeravanja brodova i potražnje veće od očekivane, navodi gCaptain.

Ovakva odluka dolazi nakon što je Izrael pokrenuo vojnu operaciju protiv Hamasa u Rafi, koja se nalazi u južnoj Gazi na granici s Egiptom.

Hutisti su u petak zaprijetili eskalacijom napada na brodove kao odgovor na izraelski napad na grad, obećavši da će nametnuti sankcije svim brodovima i tvrtkama koje opskrbljuju i ulaze u izraelske luke, bez obzira na njihovu nacionalnost ili odredište.

"Ova poruka vjerojatno znači da će hutisti napasti brodove iste tvrtke/vlasnika/menadžera kao brodove koji pristaju u izraelskim lukama te prolaze Crvenim morem, Adenskim zaljevom, Arapskim morem, Indijskim oceanom i Arapskim morem bez obzira na njihovo odredište", rekao je Martin Kelly, voditelj savjetovanja u EOS Risk Group, u objavi na X-u.

Prošlog tjedna hutisti su zaprijetili da će početi gađati brodove u istočnom Sredozemnom moru nakon što su lansirali raketu na MSC-ov kontejnerski brod u Indijskom oceanu otprilike 300 nautičkih milja jugoistočno od Roga Afrike. Vjeruje se da je napad, koji je prouzročio manju štetu, prvi koji je skupina izvela izvan Crvenog mora i Adenskog zaljeva.

Brodarska kompanija Maersk nastavlja i dalje preusmjeravati svoje brodove oko Rta dobre nade zbog eskalacije napada hutista u Crvenom moru. Izdali su obavijest za svoje klijente u kojoj su detaljno opisali izazove s kojima se suočavaju i mjere koje provode kako bi ublažili učinke kašnjenja i prekida isporuke, prenosi pomorac.hr.

Maersk je rekao da se situacija u Crvenom moru posljednjih mjeseci sve više zakomplicirala, što je kompaniju natjeralo da promijeni rutu kako bi osigurala sigurnost svoje posade, plovila i tereta. Kako se zona rizika širi i napadi sežu dalje od obale, brodovi su prisiljeni ići dužim rutama, što rezultira duljim vremenom plovidbe i većim troškovima.

Maersk je rekao da je neočekivani razvoj uzrokovao gomilanje brodova, kašnjenja i manjak opreme i kapaciteta. Maersk procjenjuje gubitak kapaciteta u cijeloj industriji od 15-20 % na tržištu Dalekog istoka do sjeverne Europe i Mediterana za drugi kvartal. Kako bi povećala pouzdanost, tvrtka povećava brzine plovidbe i dodaje kapacitet. Maersk je također iznajmio više od 125.000 dodatnih kontejnera kako bi zadovoljio zahtjeve kupaca.

Iako su spot stope porasle i ostale znatno više nego prije godinu dana, porasli su i troškovi. Zbog dužih putovanja, povećane brzine plovidbe i dodatnih troškova goriva rezultirali su dodatnim naknadama koje su prebačene na brodare. Na primjer, Maersk je rekao da je potrošnja goriva po putovanju porasla za 40 %, a cijene najma su tri puta veće, često fiksne na pet godina.

"Iako smo nedavno smanjili doplatu za vrhunsku sezonu (PSS), ona je ponovno povećana kako bismo pokrili dodatne troškove… Nastavit ćemo redovito pregledavati doplate i obavijestit ćemo vas o svim promjenama", rekao je Maersk.

Prošli tjedan Maersk je povisio donju granicu svojih financijskih smjernica za 2024. nakon snažnog početka godine, velikim dijelom zbog preusmjeravanja brodova i potražnje veće od očekivane, navodi gCaptain.

Ovakva odluka dolazi nakon što je Izrael pokrenuo vojnu operaciju protiv Hamasa u Rafi, koja se nalazi u južnoj Gazi na granici s Egiptom.

Hutisti su u petak zaprijetili eskalacijom napada na brodove kao odgovor na izraelski napad na grad, obećavši da će nametnuti sankcije svim brodovima i tvrtkama koje opskrbljuju i ulaze u izraelske luke, bez obzira na njihovu nacionalnost ili odredište.

"Ova poruka vjerojatno znači da će hutisti napasti brodove iste tvrtke/vlasnika/menadžera kao brodove koji pristaju u izraelskim lukama te prolaze Crvenim morem, Adenskim zaljevom, Arapskim morem, Indijskim oceanom i Arapskim morem bez obzira na njihovo odredište", rekao je Martin Kelly, voditelj savjetovanja u EOS Risk Group, u objavi na X-u.

Prošlog tjedna hutisti su zaprijetili da će početi gađati brodove u istočnom Sredozemnom moru nakon što su lansirali raketu na MSC-ov kontejnerski brod u Indijskom oceanu otprilike 300 nautičkih milja jugoistočno od Roga Afrike. Vjeruje se da je napad, koji je prouzročio manju štetu, prvi koji je skupina izvela izvan Crvenog mora i Adenskog zaljeva.

Brodarska kompanija Maersk nastavlja i dalje preusmjeravati svoje brodove oko Rta dobre nade zbog eskalacije napada hutista u Crvenom moru. Izdali su obavijest za svoje klijente u kojoj su detaljno opisali izazove s kojima se suočavaju i mjere koje provode kako bi ublažili učinke kašnjenja i prekida isporuke, prenosi pomorac.hr.

Maersk je rekao da se situacija u Crvenom moru posljednjih mjeseci sve više zakomplicirala, što je kompaniju natjeralo da promijeni rutu kako bi osigurala sigurnost svoje posade, plovila i tereta. Kako se zona rizika širi i napadi sežu dalje od obale, brodovi su prisiljeni ići dužim rutama, što rezultira duljim vremenom plovidbe i većim troškovima.

Maersk je rekao da je neočekivani razvoj uzrokovao gomilanje brodova, kašnjenja i manjak opreme i kapaciteta. Maersk procjenjuje gubitak kapaciteta u cijeloj industriji od 15-20 % na tržištu Dalekog istoka do sjeverne Europe i Mediterana za drugi kvartal. Kako bi povećala pouzdanost, tvrtka povećava brzine plovidbe i dodaje kapacitet. Maersk je također iznajmio više od 125.000 dodatnih kontejnera kako bi zadovoljio zahtjeve kupaca.

Iako su spot stope porasle i ostale znatno više nego prije godinu dana, porasli su i troškovi.
