Živjeti uz more, posebno na otoku, oduvijek je gotovo nezamislivo bez svoje barke, makar kakve malene, samo da se može poći baciti tunju. Da reda mora biti i među plovilima, svima je jasno, pa vjerujemo da je većina onih koji su propustili ispuniti svoje obveze prema državi, to učinila iz neznanja, piše HRT.

Na popisu plovila za koje je evidentiran nepodmireni dug zbog neplaćanja naknade za sigurnost plovidbe u posljednje dvije godine više je od 10.000 jahti i brodica, a od sljedećeg mjeseca zbog duga će iz Upisnika brodova mnogi biti izbrisani. 

Zašto je to loše?

- Proces ponovnog upisa nakon ovoga brisanja bit će izrazito kompliciran. Sadašnje zakonske odredbe brane upis brodova koji su stariji od 2000. godine, osim u slučaju da imaju C-oznaku, odnosno deklaraciju o sukladnosti, sukladno europskim direktivama. Tako da će to biti i komplicirano i izrazito skupo i nadamo se da će većina vlasnika iskoristiti ovo vrijeme da plate te naknade i da izbjegnu sam postupak brisanja, rekao je Boško Ercegovac, načelnik Sektora u Upravi sigurnosti plovidbe Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Gospodina Ercegovca zatekli smo na radnom druženju s lučkim kapetanima iz nekoliko ispostava, pa je to bila prilika da doznamo kakva je situacija na terenu.

- Mi u Milni imamo oko tisuću upisanih brodica, što za gospodarske svrhe, što za osobne potrebe. S obzirom na to da smo malo misto, ljudi u ćakuli između sebe već razgovaraju o tim problemima, tako da je velika većina vlasnika plovila već došla u ispostavu. To su već regulirali tako da mi ustvari nećemo imati toliki veliki problem oko tih upisa, kaže Nikola Brkuljić, kapetan Lučke ispostave Milna, Brač.

Od saljskog domaćina kapetanskog okupljanja dobili smo još podataka. Na području njegove ovlasti na popisu onih kojima prijeti brisanje je pedesetak brodica, odnosno sedam posto od ukupno upisanih.

- Došla mi je jednostavno ta ideja, nakon prvog poziva prijatelja. Onda sam vidio na popisu i poznanika, pa sam obavijestio poznanika, a onda sam išao od jednog do drugog i na kraju sam obavijestio skoro sve, dao sam im uputstva, dobio sam od nadležnih iz uprave sigurnosti plovidbe i naputak za plaćanje, kaže Ivo Švorinić, kapetan Lučke ispostave Sali, Dugi otok.

Zašto vlasnici ne plaćaju?

- Jedan od razloga je da ima pokojnih vlasnika, a nasljednici nisu podnijeli zahtjev za promjenu vlasništva. Ima i slučajeva najjednostavnijih, da je preminuli vlasnik i da brodice nema, da je brodica uništena zbog dotrajalosti, ima i slučajeva takozvanih fiktivnih prebivališta, 'ajmo tako reći, dolaze vikendom, dolaze ljeti, pa ih nema, znači pošta vrati preporučenu pošiljku pošiljatelju. Ima i aljkavih ljudi, koji su to pospremili u ladicu, kaže Švorinić.

Koji god bio razlog, ako se prepoznajete u nekoj od navedenih situacija, provjerite jeste li namirili sve obveze. Na popisu je 10 tisuća 657 brodica, a nemaju svi ovako savjesne lučke kapetane. Na stranicama Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture pronađite Elektroničku oglasnu ploču upisnika brodova, na njoj Popis brodica i jahti za koje je evidentiran nepodmiren dug, pa potražite svoju.

Živjeti uz more, posebno na otoku, oduvijek je gotovo nezamislivo bez svoje barke, makar kakve malene, samo da se može poći baciti tunju. Da reda mora biti i među plovilima, svima je jasno, pa vjerujemo da je većina onih koji su propustili ispuniti svoje obveze prema državi, to učinila iz neznanja, piše HRT.

Na popisu plovila za koje je evidentiran nepodmireni dug zbog neplaćanja naknade za sigurnost plovidbe u posljednje dvije godine više je od 10.000 jahti i brodica, a od sljedećeg mjeseca zbog duga će iz Upisnika brodova mnogi biti izbrisani. 

Zašto je to loše?

- Proces ponovnog upisa nakon ovoga brisanja bit će izrazito kompliciran. Sadašnje zakonske odredbe brane upis brodova koji su stariji od 2000. godine, osim u slučaju da imaju C-oznaku, odnosno deklaraciju o sukladnosti, sukladno europskim direktivama. Tako da će to biti i komplicirano i izrazito skupo i nadamo se da će većina vlasnika iskoristiti ovo vrijeme da plate te naknade i da izbjegnu sam postupak brisanja, rekao je Boško Ercegovac, načelnik Sektora u Upravi sigurnosti plovidbe Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Gospodina Ercegovca zatekli smo na radnom druženju s lučkim kapetanima iz nekoliko ispostava, pa je to bila prilika da doznamo kakva je situacija na terenu.

- Mi u Milni imamo oko tisuću upisanih brodica, što za gospodarske svrhe, što za osobne potrebe. S obzirom na to da smo malo misto, ljudi u ćakuli između sebe već razgovaraju o tim problemima, tako da je velika većina vlasnika plovila već došla u ispostavu. To su već regulirali tako da mi ustvari nećemo imati toliki veliki problem oko tih upisa, kaže Nikola Brkuljić, kapetan Lučke ispostave Milna, Brač.

Od saljskog domaćina kapetanskog okupljanja dobili smo još podataka. Na području njegove ovlasti na popisu onih kojima prijeti brisanje je pedesetak brodica, odnosno sedam posto od ukupno upisanih.

- Došla mi je jednostavno ta ideja, nakon prvog poziva prijatelja. Onda sam vidio na popisu i poznanika, pa sam obavijestio poznanika, a onda sam išao od jednog do drugog i na kraju sam obavijestio skoro sve, dao sam im uputstva, dobio sam od nadležnih iz uprave sigurnosti plovidbe i naputak za plaćanje, kaže Ivo Švorinić, kapetan Lučke ispostave Sali, Dugi otok.

Zašto vlasnici ne plaćaju?

- Jedan od razloga je da ima pokojnih vlasnika, a nasljednici nisu podnijeli zahtjev za promjenu vlasništva. Ima i slučajeva najjednostavnijih, da je preminuli vlasnik i da brodice nema, da je brodica uništena zbog dotrajalosti, ima i slučajeva takozvanih fiktivnih prebivališta, 'ajmo tako reći, dolaze vikendom, dolaze ljeti, pa ih nema, znači pošta vrati preporučenu pošiljku pošiljatelju. Ima i aljkavih ljudi, koji su to pospremili u ladicu, kaže Švorinić.

Koji god bio razlog, ako se prepoznajete u nekoj od navedenih situacija, provjerite jeste li namirili sve obveze. Na popisu je 10 tisuća 657 brodica, a nemaju svi ovako savjesne lučke kapetane. Na stranicama Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture pronađite Elektroničku oglasnu ploču upisnika brodova, na njoj Popis brodica i jahti za koje je evidentiran nepodmiren dug, pa potražite svoju.

Živjeti uz more, posebno na otoku, oduvijek je gotovo nezamislivo bez svoje barke, makar kakve malene, samo da se može poći baciti tunju. Da reda mora biti i među plovilima, svima je jasno, pa vjerujemo da je većina onih koji su propustili ispuniti svoje obveze prema državi, to učinila iz neznanja, piše HRT.

Na popisu plovila za koje je evidentiran nepodmireni dug zbog neplaćanja naknade za sigurnost plovidbe u posljednje dvije godine više je od 10.000 jahti i brodica, a od sljedećeg mjeseca zbog duga će iz Upisnika brodova mnogi biti izbrisani. 

Zašto je to loše?

- Proces ponovnog upisa nakon ovoga brisanja bit će izrazito kompliciran. Sadašnje zakonske odredbe brane upis brodova koji su stariji od 2000. godine, osim u slučaju da imaju C-oznaku, odnosno deklaraciju o sukladnosti, sukladno europskim direktivama. Tako da će to biti i komplicirano i izrazito skupo i nadamo se da će većina vlasnika iskoristiti ovo vrijeme da plate te naknade i da izbjegnu sam postupak brisanja, rekao je Boško Ercegovac, načelnik Sektora u Upravi sigurnosti plovidbe Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Gospodina Ercegovca zatekli smo na radnom druženju s lučkim kapetanima iz nekoliko ispostava, pa je to bila prilika da doznamo kakva je situacija na terenu.

- Mi u Milni imamo oko tisuću upisanih brodica, što za gospodarske svrhe, što za osobne potrebe. S obzirom na to da smo malo misto, ljudi u ćakuli između sebe već razgovaraju o tim problemima, tako da je velika većina vlasnika plovila već došla u ispostavu. To su već regulirali tako da mi ustvari nećemo imati toliki veliki problem oko tih upisa, kaže Nikola Brkuljić, kapetan Lučke ispostave Milna, Brač.

Od saljskog domaćina kapetanskog okupljanja dobili smo još podataka. Na području njegove ovlasti na popisu onih kojima prijeti brisanje je pedesetak brodica, odnosno sedam posto od ukupno upisanih.

- Došla mi je jednostavno ta ideja, nakon prvog poziva prijatelja.
