Prošlo je gotovo godina i pol dana od velike ekološke katastrofe kada je mazut onečistio kilometre obale u Ližnjanu. Većina je obale očišćena, no tragova zagađenja još ima. Za čišćenje i sanaciju potrošeni su golemi novci, a za onečišćenje još nitko nije odgovarao, podjeća HRT.
Brojni su profesionalci i volonteri čistili Ližnjansku obalu od onečišćenja. Mazut se sa stijena ispirao mlaznicama, a s plaža uklanjao ručno.
Godinu i pol nakon onečišćenja u luci uobičajene aktivnosti. Stevan Turković ne boji se ondje zabaciti udicu.
- Ja mislim da je to ok. Ono što nije očišćeno je priroda uradila, kaže.
No, podsjetnika na onečišćenje još ima. Na tisuće je katraniziranih tragova duž ližnjanske obale.
- Imamo u planu sada ponovno proći cijelu obalu skroz do Šišana, utvrditi svako mjesto i sa stručnim ljudima utvrditi na koji način se to može očistiti, kaže načelnik Ližnjana Marko Ravnić.
Dio je priobalja obuhvaćen ekološkom mrežom Natura 2000. Mnoge su toksične tvari dotaknule biljni i životinjski svijet. Stanje je bolje, no posljedice su dugotrajne.
- Mi kao Natura Histrica više puta smo izašli na teren i pokušali očistiti, ali vi se ne mičete od tog metra kvadratnog satima, kaže Silvia Buttignoni, ravnateljica Javne ustanove Natura Histrica.
Podsjetimo, onečišćeno je bilo 5 kilometara obale. Istragom je utvrđeno da se mazut s ližnjanske obale podudara s onime iz HEP-ove termoelektrane koji je onečistio Kostrenu. Proširio se i do istarske obale čije je čišćenje bilo skupo i trajalo mjesecima.
- Troškovi čišćenja su preko milijun eura, znači milijun i 3 tisuće eura i za sada su svi troškovi podmireni od strane HEP Proizvodnje na temelju sporazuma Istarske županije i HEP-a, kaže Mirko Radolović, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za održiv razvoj Istarske županije.
- Ne bih rekla da su krivci. To će utvrđivati neke druge institucije, a ne mi. Oni su podmirili sve troškove čišćenja koji su bili do danas, kaže lučka kapetanica Dolores Brenko Škerjanc.
Državno odvjetništvo utvrdit će ima li kaznene odgovornosti za onečišćenje ližnjanske obale, čije škrape još dugo neće biti potpuno čiste.

Prošlo je gotovo godina i pol dana od velike ekološke katastrofe kada je mazut onečistio kilometre obale u Ližnjanu. Većina je obale očišćena, no tragova zagađenja još ima. Za čišćenje i sanaciju potrošeni su golemi novci, a za onečišćenje još nitko nije odgovarao, podjeća HRT.
Brojni su profesionalci i volonteri čistili Ližnjansku obalu od onečišćenja. Mazut se sa stijena ispirao mlaznicama, a s plaža uklanjao ručno.
Godinu i pol nakon onečišćenja u luci uobičajene aktivnosti. Stevan Turković ne boji se ondje zabaciti udicu.
- Ja mislim da je to ok. Ono što nije očišćeno je priroda uradila, kaže.
No, podsjetnika na onečišćenje još ima. Na tisuće je katraniziranih tragova duž ližnjanske obale.
- Imamo u planu sada ponovno proći cijelu obalu skroz do Šišana, utvrditi svako mjesto i sa stručnim ljudima utvrditi na koji način se to može očistiti, kaže načelnik Ližnjana Marko Ravnić.
Dio je priobalja obuhvaćen ekološkom mrežom Natura 2000. Mnoge su toksične tvari dotaknule biljni i životinjski svijet. Stanje je bolje, no posljedice su dugotrajne.
- Mi kao Natura Histrica više puta smo izašli na teren i pokušali očistiti, ali vi se ne mičete od tog metra kvadratnog satima, kaže Silvia Buttignoni, ravnateljica Javne ustanove Natura Histrica.
Podsjetimo, onečišćeno je bilo 5 kilometara obale. Istragom je utvrđeno da se mazut s ližnjanske obale podudara s onime iz HEP-ove termoelektrane koji je onečistio Kostrenu. Proširio se i do istarske obale čije je čišćenje bilo skupo i trajalo mjesecima.
- Troškovi čišćenja su preko milijun eura, znači milijun i 3 tisuće eura i za sada su svi troškovi podmireni od strane HEP Proizvodnje na temelju sporazuma Istarske županije i HEP-a, kaže Mirko Radolović, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za održiv razvoj Istarske županije.
- Ne bih rekla da su krivci. To će utvrđivati neke druge institucije, a ne mi. Oni su podmirili sve troškove čišćenja koji su bili do danas, kaže lučka kapetanica Dolores Brenko Škerjanc.
Državno odvjetništvo utvrdit će ima li kaznene odgovornosti za onečišćenje ližnjanske obale, čije škrape još dugo neće biti potpuno čiste.
