Kontejnerskim brodom Dali koji je jutros udario u most u Baltimoreu i srušio ga nije upravljala njegova posada, već lokalni kapetani koji se koriste upravo kako bi se izbjegla nesreća poput ove - piše Jutarnji list.

"Kapetani premještaju brodove u luku Baltimore i iz nje", rekao je ministar prometa Marylanda Paul Wiedefeld na konferenciji za novinare.

Neklasificirano izvješće Agencije za kibernetičku sigurnost i sigurnost infrastrukture navodi da je kontejnerski brod Dali "izgubio pogon" dok je napuštao luku te da je upozorio dužnosnike Marylanda na mogući sudar, prenosi ABC News.

"Posada broda Dali je obavijestila Odjel za promet Marylanda da je izgubila kontrolu nad plovilom i da je moguć sudar s mostom", citira ABC američku Agenciju za kibernetičku sigurnost i sigurnost infrastrukture.

"Brod je udario u most, koji se potpuno urušio", navodi se.

Ranije danas singapurski stručnjak za brodarstvo, koji je mnogo puta plovio teretnim brodovima kroz baltimoresku luku, razgovarao je s BBC-jem.

Nakon što je vidio snimku, rekao je da postoji nekoliko mogućih uzroka, a to su kvar glavnog motora, greška upravljanja, kvar generatora, te mogućnost ljudske pogreške.

"To je neobičan zaokret. Prije isplovljavanja broda dužni smo izvršiti sve provjere svih elemenata plovila. To je dio onog što se čini prije polaska. Ako se sve napravilo, nešto se očito previdjelo", rekao je stručnjak koji je želio ostati anoniman.

"Ovi brodovi su toliko ogromni da čak i ako je brzina mala, sila bi bila ogromna", dodaje.

Pita se i kada je posljednji put provjerena konstrukcija mosta. "Imati luku tik do mosta ispod koje stalno prolaze brodovi, to je trebalo često provjeravati", rekao je.

Kontejnerski brod Dali bio je pregledan 27 puta od svoje izgradnje 2015. godine, a od tada je imao dva "nedostatka", prema zapisima iz elektroničkog informacijskog sustava kvalitete brodskog prijevoza (Equasis).

Posljednju inspekciju Dali je imao 9. rujna 2023., kada ga je pregledala Obalna straža Sjedinjenih Država u New Yorku, prenosi Equasis. Tom inspekcijom, prema bazi podataka, nisu uočeni nedostaci.

INCIDENT IZ 2016.

Isti brod koji je udario u most Key sudjelovao je i u sudaru dok je isplovljavao iz luke Antwerpen u Belgiji 2016. godine. Prema Vessel Finderu i arhivi pomorskih incidenata Shipwrecklog, Dali – teretni brod od 290 metara s kapacitetom od 10.000 kontejnera – napuštao je kontejnerski terminal u Antwerpenu prema Bremerhavenu.

Dok je to činio, pramac mu se navodno okrenuo te je krma zagrebla bok obale značajno oštetivši nekoliko metara trupa. Vlasti su navodno nakon toga zadržale brod usidren u Deurganckdoku u Belgiji. Navodno nije bilo ozlijeđenih i onečišćenja tog područja. Prema Vessel Finderu, vrijeme je bilo lijepo, a za incident su navodno okrivljeni zapovjednik broda i pilot na brodu.

Kontejnerskim brodom Dali koji je jutros udario u most u Baltimoreu i srušio ga nije upravljala njegova posada, već lokalni kapetani koji se koriste upravo kako bi se izbjegla nesreća poput ove - piše Jutarnji list.

"Kapetani premještaju brodove u luku Baltimore i iz nje", rekao je ministar prometa Marylanda Paul Wiedefeld na konferenciji za novinare.

Neklasificirano izvješće Agencije za kibernetičku sigurnost i sigurnost infrastrukture navodi da je kontejnerski brod Dali "izgubio pogon" dok je napuštao luku te da je upozorio dužnosnike Marylanda na mogući sudar, prenosi ABC News.

"Posada broda Dali je obavijestila Odjel za promet Marylanda da je izgubila kontrolu nad plovilom i da je moguć sudar s mostom", citira ABC američku Agenciju za kibernetičku sigurnost i sigurnost infrastrukture.

"Brod je udario u most, koji se potpuno urušio", navodi se.

Ranije danas singapurski stručnjak za brodarstvo, koji je mnogo puta plovio teretnim brodovima kroz baltimoresku luku, razgovarao je s BBC-jem.

Nakon što je vidio snimku, rekao je da postoji nekoliko mogućih uzroka, a to su kvar glavnog motora, greška upravljanja, kvar generatora, te mogućnost ljudske pogreške.

"To je neobičan zaokret. Prije isplovljavanja broda dužni smo izvršiti sve provjere svih elemenata plovila. To je dio onog što se čini prije polaska. Ako se sve napravilo, nešto se očito previdjelo", rekao je stručnjak koji je želio ostati anoniman.

"Ovi brodovi su toliko ogromni da čak i ako je brzina mala, sila bi bila ogromna", dodaje.

Pita se i kada je posljednji put provjerena konstrukcija mosta. "Imati luku tik do mosta ispod koje stalno prolaze brodovi, to je trebalo često provjeravati", rekao je.

Kontejnerski brod Dali bio je pregledan 27 puta od svoje izgradnje 2015. godine, a od tada je imao dva "nedostatka", prema zapisima iz elektroničkog informacijskog sustava kvalitete brodskog prijevoza (Equasis).

Posljednju inspekciju Dali je imao 9. rujna 2023., kada ga je pregledala Obalna straža Sjedinjenih Država u New Yorku, prenosi Equasis. Tom inspekcijom, prema bazi podataka, nisu uočeni nedostaci.

INCIDENT IZ 2016.

Isti brod koji je udario u most Key sudjelovao je i u sudaru dok je isplovljavao iz luke Antwerpen u Belgiji 2016. godine. Prema Vessel Finderu i arhivi pomorskih incidenata Shipwrecklog, Dali – teretni brod od 290 metara s kapacitetom od 10.000 kontejnera – napuštao je kontejnerski terminal u Antwerpenu prema Bremerhavenu.

Dok je to činio, pramac mu se navodno okrenuo te je krma zagrebla bok obale značajno oštetivši nekoliko metara trupa. Vlasti su navodno nakon toga zadržale brod usidren u Deurganckdoku u Belgiji. Navodno nije bilo ozlijeđenih i onečišćenja tog područja. Prema Vessel Finderu, vrijeme je bilo lijepo, a za incident su navodno okrivljeni zapovjednik broda i pilot na brodu.
