Ministrica kulture Nina Obuljen Koržinek i Ministarstvo kulture osnovali su Krizni fond u kojemu je oko 70 milijuna kuna, a u prvom redu taj je novac namijenjen onima koje je kriza najviše pogodila.

– Apelirali smo da se novac iz Kriznoga fonda koristi za slobodne umjetnike, honorarce i freelancere, koji nemaju gotovo nikakvih izvora prihoda, odgođena je revizija prava statusa samostalnih umjetnika, a u mjeru Zavoda za zapošljavanje uključili smo i male i srednje poduzetnike u kulturi, ali i sve samozaposlene umjetnike koji mogu aplicirati na tu mjeru – prenosi Hina ministričinu izjavu.

Umjetnicima čiji status nije reguliran namjera je pomoći kroz programska sredstva, a kao sljedeću mjeru ministrica je najavila ad hoc online natječaj za kulturu kako bi se honorirali oni koji dijele svoje sadržaje ili stvaraju nove online. To će biti dodatna pomoć da se preživi ovo razdoblje bez publike, navodno kroz mjesec travanj.

Ponovila je da je za samostalne umjetnike, kojima se doprinosi plaćaju iz državnoga proračuna, za ožujak osigurana naknada od 3250 kuna, odnosno 1625 kuna za pola radnoga vremena, a za travanj, u skladu s odlukom Vlade, to će biti 4000 kuna, odnosno 2000 kuna.

Ministrica je izvijestila kako za sada ima oko 200 prijava i ponovila da je riječ "o mjeri HZZ-a za one koji mogu pokazati da su zbog Covida-19 ostali bez primanja i ona mora biti ista, kako za umjetnike, tako i za sve druge zaposlene".

Kad je riječ o započetim pa zaustavljenim projektima, ministrica je apelirala na gradove i financijere, Zakladu Kultura Nova i HAVC da sredstva mogu iskoristiti za plaćanje honorara samostalnim umjetnicima.

Također, Obuljen Koržinek je najavila sastanak europskih ministara kulture koji je sazvala za srijedu, 8. travnja, na kojemu će se problem sagledati i s razine EU-a. Na njemu će se analizirati mjere koje se donose nacionalno, a s povjerenicom Mariyom Gabriel će razgovarati o onome što se može učiniti na razini Europske komisije jer mnogi hrvatski umjetnici participiraju u europskim fondovima. Ministrica je najavila da će, u ime države predsjedateljice, zatražiti da Europska komisija brzo procijeni utjecaj ove situacije na kulturni i kreativni sektor jer će, kada počnu popuštati mjere, i dalje ostati određeni režimi socijalne udaljenosti, što će posebno pogoditi izvedbene umjetnosti.

Ministrica kulture Nina Obuljen Koržinek i Ministarstvo kulture osnovali su Krizni fond u kojemu je oko 70 milijuna kuna, a u prvom redu taj je novac namijenjen onima koje je kriza najviše pogodila.

– Apelirali smo da se novac iz Kriznoga fonda koristi za slobodne umjetnike, honorarce i freelancere, koji nemaju gotovo nikakvih izvora prihoda, odgođena je revizija prava statusa samostalnih umjetnika, a u mjeru Zavoda za zapošljavanje uključili smo i male i srednje poduzetnike u kulturi, ali i sve samozaposlene umjetnike koji mogu aplicirati na tu mjeru – prenosi Hina ministričinu izjavu.

Umjetnicima čiji status nije reguliran namjera je pomoći kroz programska sredstva, a kao sljedeću mjeru ministrica je najavila ad hoc online natječaj za kulturu kako bi se honorirali oni koji dijele svoje sadržaje ili stvaraju nove online. To će biti dodatna pomoć da se preživi ovo razdoblje bez publike, navodno kroz mjesec travanj.

Ponovila je da je za samostalne umjetnike, kojima se doprinosi plaćaju iz državnoga proračuna, za ožujak osigurana naknada od 3250 kuna, odnosno 1625 kuna za pola radnoga vremena, a za travanj, u skladu s odlukom Vlade, to će biti 4000 kuna, odnosno 2000 kuna.

Ministrica je izvijestila kako za sada ima oko 200 prijava i ponovila da je riječ "o mjeri HZZ-a za one koji mogu pokazati da su zbog Covida-19 ostali bez primanja i ona mora biti ista, kako za umjetnike, tako i za sve druge zaposlene".

Kad je riječ o započetim pa zaustavljenim projektima, ministrica je apelirala na gradove i financijere, Zakladu Kultura Nova i HAVC da sredstva mogu iskoristiti za plaćanje honorara samostalnim umjetnicima.

Također, Obuljen Koržinek je najavila sastanak europskih ministara kulture koji je sazvala za srijedu, 8. travnja, na kojemu će se problem sagledati i s razine EU-a. Na njemu će se analizirati mjere koje se donose nacionalno, a s povjerenicom Mariyom Gabriel će razgovarati o onome što se može učiniti na razini Europske komisije jer mnogi hrvatski umjetnici participiraju u europskim fondovima. Ministrica je najavila da će, u ime države predsjedateljice, zatražiti da Europska komisija brzo procijeni utjecaj ove situacije na kulturni i kreativni sektor jer će, kada počnu popuštati mjere, i dalje ostati određeni režimi socijalne udaljenosti, što će posebno pogoditi izvedbene umjetnosti.

Ministrica kulture Nina Obuljen Koržinek i Ministarstvo kulture osnovali su Krizni fond u kojemu je oko 70 milijuna kuna, a u prvom redu taj je novac namijenjen onima koje je kriza najviše pogodila.

– Apelirali smo da se novac iz Kriznoga fonda koristi za slobodne umjetnike, honorarce i freelancere, koji nemaju gotovo nikakvih izvora prihoda, odgođena je revizija prava statusa samostalnih umjetnika, a u mjeru Zavoda za zapošljavanje uključili smo i male i srednje poduzetnike u kulturi, ali i sve samozaposlene umjetnike koji mogu aplicirati na tu mjeru – prenosi Hina ministričinu izjavu.

Umjetnicima čiji status nije reguliran namjera je pomoći kroz programska sredstva, a kao sljedeću mjeru ministrica je najavila ad hoc online natječaj za kulturu kako bi se honorirali oni koji dij...
