Američki proizvođač električnih automobila Tesla izvijestio je da će otpustiti 300 radnika zaposlenih na određeno vrijeme u pogonu kod Berlina, nakon najave otkaza širom svijeta zbog posustajanja potražnje i oštre cjenovne konkurencije.
Glasnogovornica kompanije rekla je da je 300 privremenih radnika dobilo otkaz, dodavši da otkaze nisu dobili Teslini radnici. Novinski portal Business Insider prethodno je objavio da radnicima na određeno vrijeme neće biti produljeni ugovori.
- Koliko znamo, naš je ugovorni partner već uspio prebaciti većinu tih radnika s ugovorima na određeno vrijeme na nova radna mjesta kod drugih klijenata - rekla je glasnogovornica Tesle.
U ožujku kompanija je objavila da je u tvornici u gradu Grünheideu, u blizini Berlina, na određeno vrijeme zaposlila nekoliko stotina radnika.
U ponedjeljak Tesla je najavio da će otpustiti više od desetine svoje radne snage širom svijeta, što bi značilo otkaze za nekih 14.000 zaposlenika. Kompanija nije navela točnu brojku, a prema godišnjem izvješću za 2023. godinu zapošljavali su u prosincu 140.473 radnika.
- U pripremama tvrtke za našu sljedeću fazu rasta izuzetno je važno proučiti svaki aspekt kako bi se utvrdile mogućnosti smanjenja troškova i poboljšanja produktivnosti - napisao je u ponedjeljak u dopisu radnicima izvršni direktor Elon Musk.
- U sklopu tih nastojanja temeljito smo analizirali organizaciju i donijeli tešku odluku o smanjenju našeg broja zaposlenih za više od 10 posto na globalnoj razini - stoji u dokumentu.
Tvornica u Njemačkoj trenutno zapošljava više od 12.000 radnika. Musk je najavio otkaze za 10 posto radnika i u 2022. godini, rekavši direktorima, kako je tada izvijestio Reuters, da ima "loš predosjećaj da se gospodarstvu ne piše dobro". Kompanija do danas nije navela koliko je radnika otpustila u 2022., a njihov je broj u međuvremenu porastao.
Početkom mjeseca Tesla je preliminarno izvijestio da je prvom tromjesečju isporučio približno 387 tisuća vozila, otprilike osam posto manje nego u prva tri mjeseca 2023. godine, izdvojivši, između ostalog, krizu u Crvenom moru i podmetnuti požar u pogonu kod Berlina.
Kompanija je prošle godine više puta snizila cijene kako bi održala potražnju, što se očitovalo 40-postotnim skokom prodaje i prodanih 1.8 milijuna automobila. Na kraju godine prihod je naglo usporio, na samo tri posto, a uprava je upozorila da očekuje znatno slabiji rast u 2024.

Američki proizvođač električnih automobila Tesla izvijestio je da će otpustiti 300 radnika zaposlenih na određeno vrijeme u pogonu kod Berlina, nakon najave otkaza širom svijeta zbog posustajanja potražnje i oštre cjenovne konkurencije.
Glasnogovornica kompanije rekla je da je 300 privremenih radnika dobilo otkaz, dodavši da otkaze nisu dobili Teslini radnici. Novinski portal Business Insider prethodno je objavio da radnicima na određeno vrijeme neće biti produljeni ugovori.
- Koliko znamo, naš je ugovorni partner već uspio prebaciti većinu tih radnika s ugovorima na određeno vrijeme na nova radna mjesta kod drugih klijenata - rekla je glasnogovornica Tesle.
U ožujku kompanija je objavila da je u tvornici u gradu Grünheideu, u blizini Berlina, na određeno vrijeme zaposlila nekoliko stotina radnika.
U ponedjeljak Tesla je najavio da će otpustiti više od desetine svoje radne snage širom svijeta, što bi značilo otkaze za nekih 14.000 zaposlenika. Kompanija nije navela točnu brojku, a prema godišnjem izvješću za 2023. godinu zapošljavali su u prosincu 140.473 radnika.
- U pripremama tvrtke za našu sljedeću fazu rasta izuzetno je važno proučiti svaki aspekt kako bi se utvrdile mogućnosti smanjenja troškova i poboljšanja produktivnosti - napisao je u ponedjeljak u dopisu radnicima izvršni direktor Elon Musk.
- U sklopu tih nastojanja temeljito smo analizirali organizaciju i donijeli tešku odluku o smanjenju našeg broja zaposlenih za više od 10 posto na globalnoj razini - stoji u dokumentu.
Tvornica u Njemačkoj trenutno zapošljava više od 12.000 radnika. Musk je najavio otkaze za 10 posto radnika i u 2022. godini, rekavši direktorima, kako je tada izvijestio Reuters, da ima "loš predosjećaj da se gospodarstvu ne piše dobro". Kompanija do danas nije navela koliko je radnika otpustila u 2022., a njihov je broj u međuvremenu porastao.
Početkom mjeseca Tesla je preliminarno izvijestio da je prvom tromjesečju isporučio približno 387 tisuća vozila, otprilike osam posto manje nego u prva tri mjeseca 2023. godine, izdvojivši, između ostalog, krizu u Crvenom moru i podmetnuti požar u pogonu kod Berlina.
Kompanija je prošle godine više puta snizila cijene kako bi održala potražnju, što se očitovalo 40-postotnim skokom prodaje i prodanih 1.8 milijuna automobila. Na kraju godine prihod je naglo usporio, na samo tri posto, a uprava je upozorila da očekuje znatno slabiji rast u 2024.
