Kada mislimo kako više ništa ne može smanjiti građevinske nedostatke, uvijek postoji mali sitni adut u rukavu.
Joker zovi je uređena okućnica kojom se čak može, vele stručnjaci, zasjeniti preveliki prozor ili balkon što uzrokuju prejaku insolaciju interijera.
Isto tako zasađenim ogradama i uređenim pročeljima mogu se prekriti neprimjereni arhitektonski elementi. E sada kako to postići?

Brzo zeleno rješenje
U njoj, između ostalog, stoji kako se rješenje krije u penjačicama, biljkama koje nemaju mogućnost samostalno nositi svoju težinu, pa se penjući preko drugih biljaka ili stijena dižu do svjetla.
Praktično ih je upotrijebiti u ozelenjivanju fasada, s ciljem poboljšavanja ekoloških uvjeta i podizanja kvalitete higijene zraka. Pogotovo su bitne u gradskom i prigradskom prostoru, gdje u nedostatku horizontalnog prostora za zelenilo koristimo onaj vertikalni.
- Nekada su se penjale izravno na kuće, dok se u novije vrijeme izrađuju metalne ili drvene konstrukcije pričvršćene na pročelje. Sama biologija penjačica je takva da one pokušavaju čim brže doći do što više svjetlosti, pa vrlo brzo rastu i prekrivaju površine lišćem.

One, dakle, mogu biti brzo rješenje ako postoji potreba prikriti brzoplete arhitektonske poteze – stoji u Poukama baštine.
Među perjanicama ove vrste biljaka koje itekako mogu pomoći u hlađenju kuće pri visokim ljetnim temperaturama su divlja loza Parthenocissus i bršljan.
Divlja loza
Divlja loza je atraktivna u svim razdobljima, a prepoznatljiva po tome što prva početkom jeseni tvori čudesnu čipku crvenih nijansi. Prije odabira penjačice na nekom području svakako bi bilo dobro prethodno se raspitati. Govorimo ovo zbog toga jer se pokazalo kako sve penjačice nisu adekvatne za određeno područje, a u praksi se to pokazalo baš s vinovom lozom.
- Najčešće sadimo bugenvilije i tekomu, odnosno trubasti jasmin. One se same pletu oko konstrukcije, bilo prirodne ili umjetne, i narastu u visinu od preko deset metara.
Cvjetaju ljeti, prva uglavnom u blijedim ružičastim grozdovima, druga toplim narančastim trompetama. Penjačice su naročito pogodne da u situacijama gdje nema većeg raspoloživog vrta, pridonesu hortikulturnom oplemenjenju kuće.
Jasmin u proljeće širi upečatljiv miris, ali ga se rjeđe sadi jer ne postiže niti visinu ni volumen ostalih penjačica – veli Joško Belamarić, jedna od autora i urednik ‘Pouka baštine’.
Granica privatnog prostora
U mnogim otočnim kućama posebice malo izoliranima i onima što imaju od susjeda i ulice zatvorene dvorove, sasvim je uobičajeno vidjeti odrinu. Prvenstveno je važna jer pruža kvalitetan hlad i omogućava ugodan boravak na otvorenom. U priobalju se odrina najčešće formira sadnjom različitih vrsta vinove loze.
Pergola je također klasičan element vrta, korišten još u antici, ponovljen, stoji u ‘Poukama baštine’, od renesanse nadalje. Izvedena je od niza stupova s jedne ili obje strane, na kojima su postavljene drvene ili metalne poveznice.

- Danas može poslužiti kao granica između javnog i privatnog prostora ili, još češće, kao nadsvođeni prolaz. Naslonjena na kuću može dopunjavati blagodati sjene postojećeg stabla ili ga u toj funkciji gotovo zamijeniti. Danas pergole često možemo vidjeti i u funkciji natkrivanja garaža – opisuje se u ‘Poukama baštine’.
I lončanice pomažu
Čest su slučaj ozelenjavanja terasa ili ulaznog prostora na sularu ili balaturi, što se postiže penjačicom koja se postavlja na pomoćnu konstrukciju od kovanog željeza ili drva. Služi prvenstveno za zaštitu ulaza od prevelike insolacije i od kiše.
Primjera uređivanja okućnice ima podosta, u selima Dalmatinske zagore česta je sadnja listopadnog drveta koje svojom krošnjom u ljetnim mjesecima stvara hlad i ugodu, a u zimskim mjesecima omogućuje dostatnu insolaciju.

A tamo gdje se ne može staviti ništa od ovoga pomažu lončanice, posebice na popločanim dvorištima, na uskim kalama ili stepeništima.
Osvanu tako putem prelijepe razglednice, a na njima u prvom planu stari lonci i teće, maštili, odbačene čikare u kojima se sadi bilje što ne pušta duboko korijenje. I što ne traži puno vlage. Lijepa okućnica, kakva god da bila, je benefit. Bilo bi šteta tako nešto ne iskoristiti.

Kada mislimo kako više ništa ne može smanjiti građevinske nedostatke, uvijek postoji mali sitni adut u rukavu.
Joker zovi je uređena okućnica kojom se čak može, vele stručnjaci, zasjeniti preveliki prozor ili balkon što uzrokuju prejaku insolaciju interijera.
Isto tako zasađenim ogradama i uređenim pročeljima mogu se prekriti neprimjereni arhitektonski elementi. E sada kako to postići?
Budite mudri, uvijek se posavjetujte sa stručnjakom, priupitajte domaćeg iz svoje sredine, promatrajte okoliš. Ili se informirajte kao i mi u ‘Poukama baštine’, enciklopediji o postulatima tradicijske gradnje u priobalnom kraju koja donosi pregršt zanimljivih stavki.
Brzo zeleno rješenje
U njoj, između ostalog, stoji kako se rješenje krije u penjačicama, biljkama koje nemaju mogućnost samostalno nositi svoju težinu, pa se penjući preko drugih biljaka ili stijena dižu do svjetla.
Praktično ih je upotrijebiti u ozelenjivanju fasada, s ciljem poboljšavanja ekoloških uvjeta i podizanja kvalitete higijene zraka. Pogotovo su bitne u gradskom i prigradskom prostoru, gdje u nedostatku horizontalnog prostora za zelenilo koristimo onaj vertikalni.
- Nekada su se penjale izravno na kuće, dok se u novije vrijeme izrađuju metalne ili drvene konstrukcije pričvršćene na pročelje. Sama biologija penjačica je takva da one pokušavaju čim brže doći do što više svjetlosti, pa vrlo brzo rastu i prekrivaju površine lišćem.

One, dakle, mogu biti brzo rješenje ako postoji potreba prikriti brzoplete arhitektonske poteze – stoji u Poukama baštine.
Među perjanicama ove vrste biljaka koje itekako mogu pomoći u hlađenju kuće pri visokim ljetnim temperaturama su divlja loza Parthenocissus i bršljan.
Divlja loza
Divlja loza je atraktivna u svim razdobljima, a prepoznatljiva po tome što prva početkom jeseni tvori čudesnu čipku crvenih nijansi. Prije odabira penjačice na nekom području svakako bi bilo dobro prethodno se raspitati. Govorimo ovo zbog toga jer se pokazalo kako sve penjačice nisu adekvatne za određeno područje, a u praksi se to pokazalo baš s vinovom lozom.
- Najčešće sadimo bugenvilije i tekomu, odnosno trubasti jasmin. One se same pletu oko konstrukcije, bilo prirodne ili umjetne, i narastu u visinu od preko deset metara.
Cvjetaju ljeti, prva uglavnom u blijedim ružičastim grozdovima, druga toplim narančastim trompetama. Penjačice su naročito pogodne da u situacijama gdje nema većeg raspoloživog vrta, pridonesu hortikulturnom oplemenjenju kuće.
Jasmin u proljeće širi upečatljiv miris, ali ga se rjeđe sadi jer ne postiže niti visinu ni volumen ostalih penjačica – veli Joško Belamarić, jedna od autora i urednik ‘Pouka baštine’.
Granica privatnog prostora
U mnogim otočnim kućama posebice malo izoliranima i onima što imaju od susjeda i ulice zatvorene dvorove, sasvim je uobičajeno vidjeti odrinu. Prvenstveno je važna jer pruža kvalitetan hlad i omogućava ugodan boravak na otvorenom. U priobalju se odrina najčešće formira sadnjom različitih vrsta vinove loze.
Pergola je također klasičan element vrta, korišten još u antici, ponovljen, stoji u ‘Poukama baštine’, od renesanse nadalje. Izvedena je od niza stupova s jedne ili obje strane, na kojima su postavljene drvene ili metalne poveznice.

- Danas može poslužiti kao granica između javnog i privatnog prostora ili, još češće, kao nadsvođeni prolaz. Naslonjena na kuću može dopunjavati blagodati sjene postojećeg stabla ili ga u toj funkciji gotovo zamijeniti. Danas pergole često možemo vidjeti i u funkciji natkrivanja garaža – opisuje se u ‘Poukama baštine’.
I lončanice pomažu
Čest su slučaj ozelenjavanja terasa ili ulaznog prostora na sularu ili balaturi, što se postiže penjačicom koja se postavlja na pomoćnu konstrukciju od kovanog željeza ili drva. Služi prvenstveno za zaštitu ulaza od prevelike insolacije i od kiše.
Primjera uređivanja okućnice ima podosta, u selima Dalmatinske zagore česta je sadnja listopadnog drveta koje svojom krošnjom u ljetnim mjesecima stvara hlad i ugodu, a u zimskim mjesecima omogućuje dostatnu insolaciju.

A tamo gdje se ne može staviti ništa od ovoga pomažu lončanice, posebice na popločanim dvorištima, na uskim kalama ili stepeništima.
Osvanu tako putem prelijepe razglednice, a na njima u prvom planu stari lonci i teće, maštili, odbačene čikare u kojima se sadi bilje što ne pušta duboko korijenje. I što ne traži puno vlage. Lijepa okućnica, kakva god da bila, je benefit. Bilo bi šteta tako nešto ne iskoristiti.
