Kardiovaskularne bolesti među koje ubrajamo koronarne bolesti i zatajenje srca te moždani udar, vodeći su uzrok smrtnih slučajeva više od 18 milijuna ljudi godišnje. - Ako imate infekciju srca poznatu kao infektivni endokarditis, ove bolne kvržice mogu se razviti na prstima ruku, nogu ili na oba mjesta. One mogu trajati od nekoliko sati do nekoliko dana. Dok kvržice nestaju same od sebe, pacijentima je potrebno liječenje infekcije.

Kardiovaskularne bolesti među koje ubrajamo koronarne bolesti i zatajenje srca te moždani udar, vodeći su uzrok smrtnih slučajeva više od 18 milijuna ljudi godišnje. Mnogi će stoga reagirati na poznate simptome, uključujući boli u prsima, međutim, znakovi upozorenja mogu se pojaviti na manje očitim mjestima, poput onih na stopalima.

Oticanje stopala

To je normalno, no ako se ove boje pojava i kada vam je toplo, to može biti znak da krv ne dobiva dovoljnu količinu kisika - kažu dermatolozi i dodaju da bez adekvatnog liječenja, nedostatak kisika može uzrokovati odumiranje kože i ispod tkiva. Medicinski izraz za ovu pojavu je cijanoza.

Bolne kvržice na nožnim prstima

Kvržice na nožnim prstima poznate pod pojmom Oslerovi čvorovi, mogu zahvatiti i prste na rukama.

- Ako imate infekciju srca poznatu kao infektivni endokarditis, ove bolne kvržice mogu se razviti na prstima ruku, nogu ili na oba mjesta. One mogu trajati od nekoliko sati do nekoliko dana. Dok kvržice nestaju same od sebe, pacijentima je potrebno liječenje infekcije.

Budući da ovu infekciju uzrokuju bakterije, potrebno je liječenje antibioticima, a ponekad je potreban i operativni zahvat - zaključuju dermatolozi, piše Živim.

Kardiovaskularne bolesti među koje ubrajamo koronarne bolesti i zatajenje srca te moždani udar, vodeći su uzrok smrtnih slučajeva više od 18 milijuna ljudi godišnje. Mnogi će stoga reagirati na poznate simptome, uključujući boli u prsima, međutim, znakovi upozorenja mogu se pojaviti na manje očitim mjestima, poput onih na stopalima.

Stoga na važnost pregleda stopala dodatno ukazuje Američka akademija za dermatologiju koja ujedno sugerira na koja tri znaka trebamo posebno obratiti pažnju.

Oticanje stopala

Otečena stopala, kao i noge i gležnjevi, jedan su od simptoma bolesti srca. U medicini ovaj naziv poznat kao edem, može biti pokazatelj da vam srce ne radi kako treba.

Nožni prsti

Otekline od nakupljene tekućine se mogu proširiti sve do natkoljenica i prepona, a prema NHS-u, oteklina može splasnuti tijekom jutra, međutim, ponovno se pojaviti tijekom dana.

Kada vam je jako hladno, koža može postati plava ili ljubičasta. To je normalno, no ako se ove boje pojava i kada vam je toplo, to može biti znak da krv ne dobiva dovoljnu količinu kisika - kažu dermatolozi i dodaju da bez adekvatnog liječenja, nedostatak kisika može uzrokovati odumiranje kože i ispod tkiva. Medicinski izraz za ovu pojavu je cijanoza.

Bolne kvržice na nožnim prstima

Kvržice na nožnim prstima poznate pod pojmom Oslerovi čvorovi, mogu zahvatiti i prste na rukama.

- Ako imate infekciju srca poznatu kao infektivni endokarditis, ove bolne kvržice mogu se razviti na prstima ruku, nogu ili na oba mjesta. One mogu trajati od nekoliko sati do nekoliko dana. Dok kvržice nestaju same od sebe, pacijentima je potrebno liječenje infekcije.

Budući da ovu infekciju uzrokuju bakterije, potrebno je liječenje antibioticima, a ponekad je potreban i operativni zahvat - zaključuju dermatolozi, piše Živim.
