AMZH podružnica Split, Centar za kulturu i cjeloživotno obrazovanje "Zlatna vrata" i HLZ  organiziraju predavanje "Deset koraka za zdravu menopauzu". Predavanje će se održati 29. travnja u 19 sati u kinoteci "Zlatna vrata" na adresi Dioklecijanova 7.

Menopauza i problemi koje ona donosi danas su, više nego ikad, u fokusu medicine, žena i društva općenito. Očekivano trajanje života žena je znatno dulje nego što je bilo prije pedeset ili sto godina. Svaka od nas, uz malo sreće, prije ili kasnije ući će u menopauzu koja sa sobom donosi i prestanak adekvatne funkcije jajnika.

Nedostatak hormona donosi novu eru života koju karakteriziraju brojne promjene. Kod rijetkih će to razdoblje proći gotovo nezapaženo, ali kod većine može izazvati različite simptome od kojih su najpoznatije navale vrućine, tzv. "valunzi", ili urogenitalna atrofija. Manje poznati simptomi su mentalna magla tzv. "brain fog", tjeskoba, manjak libida, depresija, nesanica, debljanje, glavobolje, gubitak kose, tanka i suha koža, bol u zglobovima i brojni drugi - objašnjavaju organizatori.

Naglašavaju da tegobe menopauze treba prepoznati i na vrijeme liječiti jer je većinu moguće ublažiti ili potpuno otkloniti. Dobra informiranost i proaktivan pristup menopauzi temelji su zdravog starenja. Individualnim pristupom svakoj ženi može se propisati ispravno hormonsko liječenje i postići niz benefita. 

Predavanje će održati dr. Jelena Marušić, voditeljica Centra za žensko zdravlje "Hormona" te dopredsjednica Hrvatskog društva za menopauzu.

Menopauza i problemi koje ona donosi danas su, više nego ikad, u fokusu medicine, žena i društva općenito. Očekivano trajanje života žena je znatno dulje nego što je bilo prije pedeset ili sto godina. Svaka od nas, uz malo sreće, prije ili kasnije ući će u menopauzu koja sa sobom donosi i prestanak adekvatne funkcije jajnika.

Nedostatak hormona donosi novu eru života koju karakteriziraju brojne promjene. Kod rijetkih će to razdoblje proći gotovo nezapaženo, ali kod većine može izazvati različite simptome od kojih su najpoznatije navale vrućine, tzv. "valunzi", ili urogenitalna atrofija. Manje poznati simptomi su mentalna magla tzv. "brain fog", tjeskoba, manjak libida, depresija, nesanica, debljanje, glavobolje, gubitak kose, tanka i suha koža, bol u zglobovima i brojni drugi - objašnjavaju organizatori.

Naglašavaju da tegobe menopauze treba prepoznati i na vrijeme liječiti jer je većinu moguće ublažiti ili potpuno otkloniti. Dobra informiranost i proaktivan pristup menopauzi temelji su zdravog starenja. Individualnim pristupom svakoj ženi može se propisati ispravno hormonsko liječenje i postići niz benefita. 

Predavanje će održati dr. Jelena Marušić, voditeljica Centra za žensko zdravlje "Hormona" te dopredsjednica Hrvatskog društva za menopauzu.

AMZH podružnica Split, Centar za kulturu i cjeloživotno obrazovanje "Zlatna vrata" i HLZ  organiziraju predavanje "Deset koraka za zdravu menopauzu". Predavanje će se održati 29. travnja u 19 sati u kinoteci "Zlatna vrata" na adresi Dioklecijanova 7.

Menopauza i problemi koje ona donosi danas su, više nego ikad, u fokusu medicine, žena i društva općenito. Očekivano trajanje života žena je znatno dulje nego što je bilo prije pedeset ili sto godina. Svaka od nas, uz malo sreće, prije ili kasnije ući će u menopauzu koja sa sobom donosi i prestanak adekvatne funkcije jajnika.

Nedostatak hormona donosi novu eru života koju karakteriziraju brojne promjene. Kod rijetkih će to razdoblje proći gotovo nezapaženo, ali kod većine može izazvati različite simptome od kojih su najpoznatije navale vrućine, tzv. "valunzi", ili urogenitalna atrofija. Manje poznati simptomi su mentalna magla tzv. "brain fog", tjeskoba, manjak libida, depresija, nesanica, debljanje, glavobolje, gubitak kose, tanka i suha koža, bol u zglobovima i brojni drugi - objašnjavaju organizatori.
