Drugog dana natjecanja na judo IJF Grand Slamu u Dušanbeu u Tadžikistanu Lara Cvjetko (JK „Solin“) osvojila je srebrno odličje, a Iva Oberan (JK „Župa dubrovačka) brončanu medalju. Cvjetko u finalu kategorije do 70kg izgubila od Austrijanke Michaele Polleres, inače finalisticom posljednjih Olimpijskih igara.

"Super sam se osjećala tijekom cijelog dana i stvarno sam zadovoljna kako sam radila. Žao mi je jedino za finale jer eto, htjela sam osvojiti to zlato i pobijediti. Osjećala sam da mogu ali napravila sam dvije velike greške koje su me koštale wazarija i tako pobjede.Ovo mi je druga medalja nakon povratka s ozljede i stvarno sam sretna i zadovoljna jer sam očekivala da ću biti u puno goroj formi. Sada vidim da čak i nakon ove duge ozljede mogu konkurirati svim protivnicama iz svoje kategorije i samo još moram poraditi na nekim greškama da mogu pobjeđivati ove koje su u samom vrhu. Tako da sam jako zadovoljna i nadam se da mogu još ova dva natjecanja odraditi u ovom nizu", kazala je 22-godišnja Cvjetko.

Cvjetko je ranije savladala Šveđanku Erikkson, te Britanke petersen i Yeats-Brown. Glavni trener ženskih reprezentacija Dragan Crnov s posljednjih natjecanja vraća se s medaljama. Grand Prix, Europsko prvenstvo, a danas još jedna Grand Slam medalja.

" Mogu reći da sam izuzetno zadovoljan sa srebrom na grand slamu. U finalu bi trebalo biti možda i bolje i pobjeda, ali dogodile su se neke greške koje je Lara napravila, nije se držala 100 posto taktike koje smo se dogovoril, međutim što je tu je – bronca prošli vikend na EP-u, ovaj vikend srebro na GS. Izuzetni rezultati pogotovo nakon što je četiri mjeseca bila ozlijeđena, tako da ostaje nam svjetsko prvenstvo i Grand Slam u Kazahstanu. Nadamo se da ćemo tu također osvojiti medalje".

Dubrovkinja Oberan je imala veliki zadatak u borbi za brončanu medalju, s obzirom na to da ju je s druge strane čekala brončana s EP-a u Zagrebu Talijanka Savita Russo od koje je izgubila u drugom kolu. Oberan je ipak pobijedila i osvojila svoju prvu medalju na jednom Grand Slam turniru. 

"Stvarno sam presretna, baš ovdje sam prošle godine isto osvojila broncu, no tada je bio Grand Prix, tako da sam prije samog puta bila dosta uzbuđena, jedva se čekala vratiti tu i boriti. Ovdje je publika nevjerojatna, navijaju, kako za svoje tako i za sve ostale što meni inače jako puno znači. Prva medalja s Grand Slama, stvarno ne znam što bi rekla, presretna sam. Mislim da je bio dobar dan, malo ostaje žal za to četvrtfinalnom borbom, stara poznanica koju sam dobivala i gubila, ali kada se dan završi s medaljom ne treba žaliti za time. Pobjeda nad Talijankom, prošli tjedan me ona pobijedila na domaćem terenu, ostao je gorak okus u ustima i ovaj put sam stvarno htjela pokazati što znam i mislim da sam to i uspjela“, kazala je 24-godišnja Oberan.

Drugog dana natjecanja na judo IJF Grand Slamu u Dušanbeu u Tadžikistanu Lara Cvjetko (JK „Solin“) osvojila je srebrno odličje, a Iva Oberan (JK „Župa dubrovačka) brončanu medalju. Cvjetko u finalu kategorije do 70kg izgubila od Austrijanke Michaele Polleres, inače finalisticom posljednjih Olimpijskih igara.

"Super sam se osjećala tijekom cijelog dana i stvarno sam zadovoljna kako sam radila. Žao mi je jedino za finale jer eto, htjela sam osvojiti to zlato i pobijediti. Osjećala sam da mogu ali napravila sam dvije velike greške koje su me koštale wazarija i tako pobjede.Ovo mi je druga medalja nakon povratka s ozljede i stvarno sam sretna i zadovoljna jer sam očekivala da ću biti u puno goroj formi. Sada vidim da čak i nakon ove duge ozljede mogu konkurirati svim protivnicama iz svoje kategorije i samo još moram poraditi na nekim greškama da mogu pobjeđivati ove koje su u samom vrhu. Tako da sam jako zadovoljna i nadam se da mogu još ova dva natjecanja odraditi u ovom nizu", kazala je 22-godišnja Cvjetko.

Cvjetko je ranije savladala Šveđanku Erikkson, te Britanke petersen i Yeats-Brown. Glavni trener ženskih reprezentacija Dragan Crnov s posljednjih natjecanja vraća se s medaljama. Grand Prix, Europsko prvenstvo, a danas još jedna Grand Slam medalja.

" Mogu reći da sam izuzetno zadovoljan sa srebrom na grand slamu. U finalu bi trebalo biti možda i bolje i pobjeda, ali dogodile su se neke greške koje je Lara napravila, nije se držala 100 posto taktike koje smo se dogovoril, međutim što je tu je – bronca prošli vikend na EP-u, ovaj vikend srebro na GS. Izuzetni rezultati pogotovo nakon što je četiri mjeseca bila ozlijeđena, tako da ostaje nam svjetsko prvenstvo i Grand Slam u Kazahstanu. Nadamo se da ćemo tu također osvojiti medalje".

Dubrovkinja Oberan je imala veliki zadatak u borbi za brončanu medalju, s obzirom na to da ju je s druge strane čekala brončana s EP-a u Zagrebu Talijanka Savita Russo od koje je izgubila u drugom kolu. Oberan je ipak pobijedila i osvojila svoju prvu medalju na jednom Grand Slam turniru. 

"Stvarno sam presretna, baš ovdje sam prošle godine isto osvojila broncu, no tada je bio Grand Prix, tako da sam prije samog puta bila dosta uzbuđena, jedva se čekala vratiti tu i boriti. Ovdje je publika nevjerojatna, navijaju, kako za svoje tako i za sve ostale što meni inače jako puno znači. Prva medalja s Grand Slama, stvarno ne znam što bi rekla, presretna sam. Mislim da je bio dobar dan, malo ostaje žal za to četvrtfinalnom borbom, stara poznanica koju sam dobivala i gubila, ali kada se dan završi s medaljom ne treba žaliti za time. Pobjeda nad Talijankom, prošli tjedan me ona pobijedila na domaćem terenu, ostao je gorak okus u ustima i ovaj put sam stvarno htjela pokazati što znam i mislim da sam to i uspjela“, kazala je 24-godišnja Oberan.

Solinjanka Lara Cvjetko srebrna, Dubrovkinja Iva Oberan brončana na velikom Grand slamu turniru u Tadžikistanu

Drugog dana natjecanja na judo IJF Grand Slamu u Dušanbeu u Tadžikistanu Lara Cvjetko (JK „Solin“) osvojila je srebrno odličje, a Iva Oberan (JK „Župa dubrovačka) brončanu medalju. Cvjetko u finalu kategorije do 70kg izgubila od Austrijanke Michaele Polleres, inače finalisticom posljednjih Olimpijskih igara.

"Super sam se osjećala tijekom cijelog dana i stvarno sam zadovoljna kako sam radila. Žao mi je jedino za finale jer eto, htjela sam osvojiti to zlato i pobijediti. Osjećala sam da mogu ali napravila sam dvije velike greške koje su me koštale wazarija i tako pobjede.Ovo mi je druga medalja nakon povratka s ozljede i stvarno sam sretna i zadovoljna jer sam očekivala da ću biti u puno goroj formi. Sada vidim da čak i nakon ove duge ozljede mogu konkurirati svim protivnicama iz svoje kategorije i samo još moram poraditi na nekim greškama da mogu pobjeđivati ove koje su u samom vrhu. Tako da sam jako zadovoljna i nadam se da mogu još ova dva natjecanja odraditi u ovom nizu", kazala je 22-godišnja Cvjetko.
