U zagrebačkoj Klinici za infektivne bolesti ''Dr. Fran Mihaljević'' u posljednje vrijeme hospitalizirano je više osoba zaraženih hepatitisom. Iz bolnice navode da oboljeli dolaze iz više različitih lokaliteta. Grad Samobor objavio je da je u posljednjih nekoliko dana zaraženo 11 građana, piše Dnevnik.hr.

''Nisu povezani s hranom i pićem''

''Na području Zagrebačke županije bilježimo u ovoj godini pojavu slučajeva akutnog hepatitisa A od kojih je većina oboljelih iz područja Samobora. Prema podacima prikupljenima epidemiološkim anketiranjem, radi se najvjerojatnije o međusobnom prijenosu virusa bliskim kontaktom, a ne putem hrane ili vode. Boris Ljubić, dr.med. specijalist epidemiologije, rekao je da su informacije o velikom broju zaraženih s područja Samobora neistinite te je rekao kako je s područja grada u zadnjih nekoliko dana evidentirano 11 osoba pozitivnih na hepatitis A, ali nisu dovedeni u nikakvu vezu s hranom i pićem'', stoji u priopćenju na stranicama Grada.

Dodaju da posljednja analiza kvalitete i zdravstvene ispravnosti vode u Samoboru nije pokazala zagađenje, a u petak su uzeti dodatni uzorci vode na više lokacija na samoborskom području. Rezultati tog testiranja bit će poznati u ponedjeljak.

Prije nekoliko dana iz Grada su upozorili su da je voda u naselju Otruševec opasna za zdravlje te građane koji su povezani na lokalni vodovod Lešće-Otruševec upozorili da tu vodu prije korištenja moraju prokuhavati.

Ove godine čak 21 slučaj

Na upit Dnevnika Nove TV iz Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo ''Dr. Andrija Štampar'' otkrivaju da je služba za epidemiologiju od početka godine zaprimila prijavu o 21 slučaju zaraze hepatitisom A.

I u Zagrebu je voda, dodaju, testirana te nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti. Posljednja analiza na prisutnost enterovirusa je napravljena početkom ožujka ove godine.

''Svi nalazi su uredni. Voda za ljudsku potrošnju javnog vodoopskrbnog sustava Grada Zagreba sukladna je propisanim uvjetima Pravilnika, zdrava i sigurna za piće, a rezultati upućuju na odsutnost bilo kakvog fekalnog zagađenja vode'', odgovorili su.

Epidemiologinja: Nema razloga za brigu

Epidemiologinja Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Iva Pem Novosel za Dnevnik Nove TV je registru Službe za epidemiologiju od kraja prošle godine prijavljeno 36 osoba oboljelih od hepatitisa A, no još slučajeva je u obradi.

''Većina oboljelih je iz grada Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije. Nekoliko je oboljelih iz Sisačko-moslavačke županije, a ostali su pojedinačni slučajevi iz nekoliko drugih županija'', kazala je i dodala da prema zasad dostupnim informacijama nema razloga za brigu.

''Obradom oboljelih te anketiranjem nema razloga za nikakvu brigu, s obzirom na to da je utvrđeno da se radi o prijenosu bliskim kontaktom sa zaraženom osobom te nisu utvrđeni izvori zaraze iz okoliša, odnosno hranom niti vodom'', ističe Pem Novosel.

Otkrila je i da su grupiranja oboljelih od hepatitisa A zabilježena i 2017. te 2018. godine.

Kako se prenosi hepatitis i koji su simptomi?

Hepatitis A uglavnom se prenosi konzumiranjem hrane i vode zagađene fekalijama ili izravnim fizičkim kontaktom sa zaraženom osobom. Iz Grada Samobora su upozorili da simptomi mogu varirati od blagih do ozbiljnih te ih ne moraju imati svi, a moguća je povišena tjelesna temperatura, gubitak apetita, proljev, mučnina, bolovi u trbuhu, tamna boja mokraće, svijetla stolica i žutica, piše Dnevnik.hr.

U zagrebačkoj Klinici za infektivne bolesti ''Dr. Fran Mihaljević'' u posljednje vrijeme hospitalizirano je više osoba zaraženih hepatitisom. Iz bolnice navode da oboljeli dolaze iz više različitih lokaliteta. Grad Samobor objavio je da je u posljednjih nekoliko dana zaraženo 11 građana, piše Dnevnik.hr.

''Nisu povezani s hranom i pićem''

''Na području Zagrebačke županije bilježimo u ovoj godini pojavu slučajeva akutnog hepatitisa A od kojih je većina oboljelih iz područja Samobora. Prema podacima prikupljenima epidemiološkim anketiranjem, radi se najvjerojatnije o međusobnom prijenosu virusa bliskim kontaktom, a ne putem hrane ili vode. Boris Ljubić, dr.med. specijalist epidemiologije, rekao je da su informacije o velikom broju zaraženih s područja Samobora neistinite te je rekao kako je s područja grada u zadnjih nekoliko dana evidentirano 11 osoba pozitivnih na hepatitis A, ali nisu dovedeni u nikakvu vezu s hranom i pićem'', stoji u priopćenju na stranicama Grada.

Dodaju da posljednja analiza kvalitete i zdravstvene ispravnosti vode u Samoboru nije pokazala zagađenje, a u petak su uzeti dodatni uzorci vode na više lokacija na samoborskom području. Rezultati tog testiranja bit će poznati u ponedjeljak.

Prije nekoliko dana iz Grada su upozorili su da je voda u naselju Otruševec opasna za zdravlje te građane koji su povezani na lokalni vodovod Lešće-Otruševec upozorili da tu vodu prije korištenja moraju prokuhavati.

Ove godine čak 21 slučaj

Na upit Dnevnika Nove TV iz Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo ''Dr. Andrija Štampar'' otkrivaju da je služba za epidemiologiju od početka godine zaprimila prijavu o 21 slučaju zaraze hepatitisom A.

I u Zagrebu je voda, dodaju, testirana te nisu utvrđene nepravilnosti. Posljednja analiza na prisutnost enterovirusa je napravljena početkom ožujka ove godine.

''Svi nalazi su uredni. Voda za ljudsku potrošnju javnog vodoopskrbnog sustava Grada Zagreba sukladna je propisanim uvjetima Pravilnika, zdrava i sigurna za piće, a rezultati upućuju na odsutnost bilo kakvog fekalnog zagađenja vode'', odgovorili su.

Epidemiologinja: Nema razloga za brigu

Epidemiologinja Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Iva Pem Novosel za Dnevnik Nove TV je registru Službe za epidemiologiju od kraja prošle godine prijavljeno 36 osoba oboljelih od hepatitisa A, no još slučajeva je u obradi.

''Većina oboljelih je iz grada Zagreba i Zagrebačke županije. Nekoliko je oboljelih iz Sisačko-moslavačke županije, a ostali su pojedinačni slučajevi iz nekoliko drugih županija'', kazala je i dodala da prema zasad dostupnim informacijama nema razloga za brigu.

''Obradom oboljelih te anketiranjem nema razloga za nikakvu brigu, s obzirom na to da je utvrđeno da se radi o prijenosu bliskim kontaktom sa zaraženom osobom te nisu utvrđeni izvori zaraze iz okoliša, odnosno hranom niti vodom'', ističe Pem Novosel.

Otkrila je i da su grupiranja oboljelih od hepatitisa A zabilježena i 2017. te 2018. godine.

Kako se prenosi hepatitis i koji su simptomi?

Hepatitis A uglavnom se prenosi konzumiranjem hrane i vode zagađene fekalijama ili izravnim fizičkim kontaktom sa zaraženom osobom. Iz Grada Samobora su upozorili da simptomi mogu varirati od blagih do ozbiljnih te ih ne moraju imati svi, a moguća je povišena tjelesna temperatura, gubitak apetita, proljev, mučnina, bolovi u trbuhu, tamna boja mokraće, svijetla stolica i žutica, piše Dnevnik.hr.

U zagrebačkoj Klinici za infektivne bolesti ''Dr. Fran Mihaljević'' u posljednje vrijeme hospitalizirano je više osoba zaraženih hepatitisom. Iz bolnice navode da oboljeli dolaze iz više različitih lokaliteta. Grad Samobor objavio je da je u posljednjih nekoliko dana zaraženo 11 građana, piše Dnevnik.hr.
