Svakakvih računa i naplaćivanja svega i svačega smo se nagledali ovog ljeta, da o cijenama ni ne govorimo, ali da se naplaćuje i korištenje dnevnog boravka, e to nam je nešto novo.
I za informaciju "dnevni boravak" u kampu "Mlaska" u općini Sućuraj na otoku Hvaru košta – dva eura!
- Da smo korisnici kampa - u redu, treba naplatiti nešto što je pod koncesijom, no koliko mi je vidljivo na dostupnim internetskim stranicama, taj kamp uopće nema koncesiju na plažu, a kamoli koncesiju koja uključuje naplatu korištenja kupališta i mora!
Čak bih i shvatila da mi možda idu naplatiti parkiranje, ali moje auto uopće nije bilo parkirano u kampu, već ispred rampe, na makadamu. Rečeno mi je kako moram platiti tri dnevne karte za kupanje na plaži, za nas tri odrasle osobe.
Ne ležaljku ili suncobran ili parking, nego platiti dva eura "po glavi", znači šest eura za nas troje koji ćemo se kupati na njihovoj plaži - vrlo ljutita obratila nam se čitateljica (podaci poznati redakciji) koja je neugodno iskustvo doživjela na istočnoj strani otoka, u Sućurju.
Navodi nam kako je platila račun i na kojem je jasno navedena usluga "dnevnog boravka".
- Kojeg boravka, što to naplaćuju? Korištenje plaže? Po kojem to zakonu mi netko tko ima kamp može naplatiti korištenje kupališta? Budući da plan za koncesiju i gospodarenje tim područjem nisam nigdje našla u službenim dokumentima, a koliko sam doznala oni koncesiju ni nemaju – navodi naša sugovornica o kampu "Mlaska".
Što im je to naplaćeno, po kojoj osnovi se navodi "dnevni boravak" ako nisu koristili prostor kampa, već samo plažu koja je pomorsko dobro i nitko im ne smije naplatiiti ni kupanje ni "boravak" na kopnenom prostoru širokom šest metara gledano od ruba mora.
Prema Planu upravljanja pomorskim dobrom Općine Sućuraj i utvrđenim granicama pomorskog dobra iz studenoga 2008. godine, dozvole za korištenje ležaljki (35 komada), suncobrana (30 komada), aqua parka, škrinja za sladoled, podmornice za razgledavanje morskog dna, jedrilica i brodica na vesla, štandove za prodaju rukotvorina, kiosk, ugostiteljske terase i drugo. izdane su za uvalu Mlaska, no nigdje se ne navodi i plaćanje "dnevnog boravka".
Stoga smo upit poslali tvrtki "Sućuraj" u čijem okviru posluje kamp "Mlaska", a odgovor ćemo objaviti kada ga dobijemo.

Svakakvih računa i naplaćivanja svega i svačega smo se nagledali ovog ljeta, da o cijenama ni ne govorimo, ali da se naplaćuje i korištenje dnevnog boravka, e to nam je nešto novo.
I za informaciju "dnevni boravak" u kampu "Mlaska" u općini Sućuraj na otoku Hvaru košta – dva eura!
- Da smo korisnici kampa - u redu, treba naplatiti nešto što je pod koncesijom, no koliko mi je vidljivo na dostupnim internetskim stranicama, taj kamp uopće nema koncesiju na plažu, a kamoli koncesiju koja uključuje naplatu korištenja kupališta i mora!
Čak bih i shvatila da mi možda idu naplatiti parkiranje, ali moje auto uopće nije bilo parkirano u kampu, već ispred rampe, na makadamu. Rečeno mi je kako moram platiti tri dnevne karte za kupanje na plaži, za nas tri odrasle osobe.
Ne ležaljku ili suncobran ili parking, nego platiti dva eura "po glavi", znači šest eura za nas troje koji ćemo se kupati na njihovoj plaži - vrlo ljutita obratila nam se čitateljica (podaci poznati redakciji) koja je neugodno iskustvo doživjela na istočnoj strani otoka, u Sućurju.
Navodi nam kako je platila račun i na kojem je jasno navedena usluga "dnevnog boravka".
- Kojeg boravka, što to naplaćuju? Korištenje plaže? Po kojem to zakonu mi netko tko ima kamp može naplatiti korištenje kupališta? Budući da plan za koncesiju i gospodarenje tim područjem nisam nigdje našla u službenim dokumentima, a koliko sam doznala oni koncesiju ni nemaju – navodi naša sugovornica o kampu "Mlaska".
Što im je to naplaćeno, po kojoj osnovi se navodi "dnevni boravak" ako nisu koristili prostor kampa, već samo plažu koja je pomorsko dobro i nitko im ne smije naplatiiti ni kupanje ni "boravak" na kopnenom prostoru širokom šest metara gledano od ruba mora.
Prema Planu upravljanja pomorskim dobrom Općine Sućuraj i utvrđenim granicama pomorskog dobra iz studenoga 2008. godine, dozvole za korištenje ležaljki (35 komada), suncobrana (30 komada), aqua parka, škrinja za sladoled, podmornice za razgledavanje morskog dna, jedrilica i brodica na vesla, štandove za prodaju rukotvorina, kiosk, ugostiteljske terase i drugo. izdane su za uvalu Mlaska, no nigdje se ne navodi i plaćanje "dnevnog boravka".
Stoga smo upit poslali tvrtki "Sućuraj" u čijem okviru posluje kamp "Mlaska", a odgovor ćemo objaviti kada ga dobijemo.
